The company sold my house! After a slow start, the viewings came along thick and fast!

Absolute joke of a company avoid at all costs I rang for a quick sale and after an hour got a call back offering a price I was happy with (30 day sale) got calls on a daily basis about the contracts being signed the day we signed the last document all we got was radio silence up until yesterday 28 days after signing my wife called them for a progress report only to be told that a couple of houses on our street are going for a lot less so the investors are more interested in them these cheeper houses are empty and damp throughout and also are a standard terrace house ours is clean damp proofed and has an extension it's like comparing the value of a dilapadated shed to a brand new garage then the real insult hit they offered £11000 less that the original offer (this original offer was £11000 under house value)so in summary if you do decide to go ahead with these fraudsters you have been warned

If a buyer is selling their property at one price and an estate agent adds £ 20,000 on top of your asking price, negotiates on your behalf without telling you that an offer has been made on your property, how might you feel? Estate agents' fees are 1% of the selling price, and they should be talking to the seller at every step, not making them sign contracts and give away their rights and hard-earned property. Is this a good deal or a bad one? Lastly, if you change. Estate agents and your contract ends with Bettermove, but viewers who previously viewed your property with Bettermove now want to purchase your property through another estate agent service, and Bettermove wants a percentage. Is this a good service or a bad one?
Use well-known services, and read the terms and conditions carefully.
I want the Housing Ombudsman and Matt Alwright to review these conditions.

Our agent Megan was absolutely amazing. Amazing communication and overall very positive experience.

I would not reccomend this company in any form. They are unprofessional, very rude and managment do not return promissed phone calls all because I would not reduce the selling price they agreed to.
My house was recently on the market with them for a total of 5 weeks and because I would not reduce the price, they became very rude and told me they would withdraw my property from the market, I never asked he just said "we are unable to sell it" his tone of voice was not appropiate for a conversation to a customer.
I complained, and the manager agreed to return my call however, this never materialised.
