Web site still not working
Paid my web site renewal fee over a week ago and the site is still not working and have had no communication from Better Photo
Reluctantly Renewed My Website
I've had a Better Photo Website for a very long time! When I began, it was an energetic community of photographers. The last few years I have had an issue with how my site appears on phone platforms. Photos end up "pancaked" unless a slide show option is chosen. Most people check out photos on their phone, so a user friendly platform for phones would be helpful. Support just suggested I choose another design for my site, but really didn't explain how I could avoid the issue. Then last year I began getting a security warning message when I tried to access my domain, which blocked my site. Support managed to fix it each time I made them awaret, but once people see a security warning they might have concerns about revisiting my site.
I did just renew my site for a year, promising myself I will become more motivated to participate in contests and update my site. But I'm hoping Better Photo will also correct some of their issues.

I've been a member of BetterPhoto for more than 15 years and have always found the site to be responsive and encouraging to photographers of all levels.

I miss the 2 for 1 year sales. Will likely not renew again at the current level.
My Betterphoto experience.
Betterphoto is doing well the month's contest of photos, the all time personal statistics, POTD, the encouraging to the members for comments on the photographs and the layout of the site. But often I experience difficulties with loading and all the comments I receive are appeared as spam.

...Payment was completed. On my screen when i sign in, on the left there is a box with allthe social media icons and an "X" on the bottom to remove that box. The "X" does not remove or reduce that box. That really should be addressed. I do not use the social medias like most. No smart phone.
