Thank you for the friendly and efficient service. From the point of booking, we were helped with a friendly and reassuring customer focus. Our team, Stefan and Daniel, packed and moved our belongings with care and efficiency and made it a stress-free day. My only regret is that we could not have purchased an “unpacking” add-on! We arranged to move within a 3 week period- Better Removals Royston - came and gave us a quote and talked us through everything. I cannot fault them from start to finish. The guys that did the removals were efficient, polite, helpful and made the day as stressless as possible - in fact a pleasure. Worth every penny. Thanks to all the staff at Royston.

Office staff great from initial contact to phoning on the day before moving. Kept up to date all along. Full documentation provided. Boxes, tape and packing supplied as promised. Removal team professional, knew what they were doing, cheery.

The team were excellent throughout, packed up the house in record time, unloading quickly and efficiently to get us moved and settled with minimal stress. The packing and moving of furniture was the least stressful part of our move. Exceedingly good.

The 2 man team arrived on time and we’re very polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, even dismantling the bed for transit. And the same with the unloading….all done smoothly and politely. Would certainly use them again.

Sean and Nathan are brilliant, hard working and careful with a friendly jovial manner. The keys were held up so they didn't finish as early as they would've liked but this didn't dent their unstoppable optimism.

The office staff were very helpful and communicated well. The removal team were very prompt and respectful of both us and the property. They were well equipped to ensure that both the items moved and the property were protected from damage. The move went extremely smoothly. Well done!

An easy company to deal with through the whole process.
Moving days before Christmas was a little daunting but the admin team were great with answering all questions and setting up the move. They call you when they say they will, knowledgable and adaptable.
Their quote was competitive and comparable with other companies. We chose them above others based on recommendation from friends.
Booking the packing service the day before the move was a game changer. It meant we weren’t living in boxes for a few weeks before the move.
The removals team on moving day were great. Efficient, polite and good humoured which is much needed on what could potentially be a stressful day. Nice guys but need to be kept lubricated on tea! (The least we could do for all the heavy lifting they do.)

Thank you for a great move experience. This being our 14th! Very happy with moving out, storage for 6 months and yesterday the delivery of our containers.

Amazing service from start to finish.
From Kelif and Dylan, who packed up our stuff, to Steve Martin and Stefan, who moved us to our new home, everyone was courteous and moved with such speed and efficiency.
Geraldine and Catherine in the office were also fantastic on the phone and always happy to answer any stupid questions I had.
Absolutely superb company.
