Rip off subscription

Rip off subscription. Then I asked to cancel it they offered

“With regards to your subscription, I can get that cancelled. That's not a problem but before I do, I did wish to see if there was something that we could help with?

1) If your issue is with delivery frequency, we can move this to every 60, 90 days or longer.
2) If it is too expensive, we can offer a very special rate of 15% off your subscription, forever.
3) I can also pause your upcoming delivery, to allow you some time to use what you have.”

The special rate of 15% off forever really upset me because CLEARLY the prices are inflated. they would have always been happy with 15% less from me. How do they offer this and think people will just be happy about it?

Very unprofessional. Very disappointing

I buy creatine via subscription

I buy creatine via subscription, no problems, but just had an order not delivered. Had to email 3 times but after 3 days got 20% discount full explanation as to why delivery has not been sent. They could have let me know sooner but customer services were good.

Beware of Bettervits

Beware of this company. I suspended my subscription before going away but they proceeded to hit me with another order and they charge immediately, without giving an opportunity to update the order or cancel it.
I complained, but I only got an apology and an offer of 10% off my next order. And if I could give you 0 stars, I would have.
Bettervits, there will never be another order. You’re unscrupulous and untrustworthy.

Above & beyond!

Such a good service! I ordered to go to the wrong address in error & Jade could not have been more helpful! She kept track of my order & as soon as she could see it was on the way back to them, she sent a replacement before they even had the goods back. Above & beyond, well done Bettervits!

An order never received, no communication.

I ordered, and never heard anything. A couple of weeks went by, and after having chased, I went to my credit card company, and got them to reverse the charge. I have heard nothing from this company at all. I did not sign up for a subscription service, and I deleted my payment method from their website.

Avoid this company!

Had to cancel my subscription recently, found the process very straightforward, no quibbles. One they received the return shipment, my refund was processed and subscription cancelled, with zero pushback. Excellent service 😎👍

They have lost my custom

They have lost my custom , I wanted to buy one product, quite an expensive one but they try to trick you in to making it a subscription, so you have to keep buying, and it’s apparently very hard to cancel , as you can see by some of the reviews, plenty more health stores out there that don’t make you sign up for ever

It should be a minus

It should be a minus. I have three times contacted them about a recurring £60 charge on vitamins I did not order and I have heard nothing back. They are relying on people not noticing but when it puts your card or bank account into overdraft you are going to notice. This is an outrageous practice by this company.

Excellent

I'm a returning customer and the service is always first class. The shipping is super fast and the products I've purchased are great quality, especially the magnesium which I've found to be far superior to any other I've tried and I've tried a lot!
I would recommend buying from here without hesitation.

Dubious company, be warned.

Do not reply to contact, after several emails.
Products are questionable
Concerned about the authenticity of the product.
Misspellings on product label and lack or information regarding amount to take etc.
Indicating a product of dubious origin.
Be very aware of the fifth rate company!
