I’ve been taking probiotics nearly year…

I’ve been taking probiotics nearly year with bettervits im a type 1 diabetes and at 58 just 3years being type 1 and my stomach was always bloated and since I’ve been taking them the bloating has gone and feeling so much better in myself and did read up on probiotics and bettervits was top 10 so im really happy with this product 😁

with… Brain Fog

The product has definitely helped with my brain fog, plus it makes a nice milkshake in morning.
I had to change my deliveries and was able to get through to the sales team quickly, the response was quick and efficient.
I have a subscription for The Mushroom Powder.

Read on and avoid

I seem to be one of many that has ordered a product from Bettervits and then been unknowingly entered into a monthly subscription that I did not sign up to. A second payment of £30 has been taken from my account with an email thanking me for my order at 5.38am and giving me 30 mins to amend the order. This is not fair or reasonable. My original purchase emails make no mention of a subscription. If you then try to cancel the subscription on their site you cant and there is no way of contacting the company other than through their website that hasn been rated badly. Read some of the other reviews and decide.

We aim to distinguish one-time purchases from Subscribe and Save when building a basket with options, and we appreciate your feedback on this.

As for cancellation, this can be managed within the 'My Subscriptions' portal; however, our team are also here to help if ever needed. We can see that a member of our team assisted with a cancellation over the weekend.

It's all fine until you wish to cancel…

It's all fine until you wish to cancel your subscription at which point the only way to contact Bettervits is via email. I requested a cancellation over 4 weeks ago, no one replies, and now I've been charged for the sub again. (1596044) It's a manipulative process and you should be able to easily cancel within your online account. Customer service seems non-existent.

No stock and no next day delivery that i paid for

I ordered a product and paid for next day delivery. 10 days later i still hadn't received my order. They clearly don't have the item in stock but they don't let you know that fact. No emails at all. I had to contact them for a refund stating the consumer rights act. If they just said on their website awaiting stock people could then make an informed choice of whether to buy. 2 stars because they got back to me quickly and the refund was quick. I would not buy from them again.

I ordered a product from this company which I received and paid for. Unknown to me the company put me on an ongoing subscription and I didn't know it until I received another order. I immediately contacted them and told them I did not request an ongoing subscription and to cancel that immediately. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Great Customer Service

Although having to contact customer service due to a delayed delivery the response I received explained the issue in detail, confirmed the delivery schedule and they even offered a discount for the delay. Could not ask for better service. Thank you Krista

If I could I would most certainly give…

If I could I would most certainly give a 0.

They are a fraudulent company that process monthly subscriptions without your Knowledge even when you purchase one-off.

Contacting them is impossible, no one reply’s. My first (one off) delivery came after three- four weeks with no response when trying to track it.

Then automatically took £30 from my acc on 27th April as an on going subscription which I DID NOT sign up to and they do not respond to your emails.

Be careful many people are reporting this.
You’ve been warned, If the get go is
based on flakey tactics then those companies I refuse to deal with.

I ordered Creatine on 18th April and…

I ordered Creatine on 18th April and it's still not been dispatched, 10 days after ordering. They clearly take money when they know they don't have items in stock which is really poor and I shouldn't have to waste my time chasing the order.
