I have ordered a package and the delivery date is on 3rd of January and i still haven't recieved anything, it's taking more than 2 week, Moreover the tracking order Id is still on transit on West Bengal i think there is an issue with my order and your company.

I ordered a prepaid order of 1299..they cancelled the product and ordered a new one to address i don't know.i complained ..in email and they blocked my account.the link they gave for bank details not working...cod orders i never faced this...cod is fine but prepaid...they r cheaters

These guys are out there to cheat people. They do not uphold there own policy. Do not trust them at all.

Horrible experience i faced from pathetic customer service of bewakoof.com. I ordered for a product on 30.10.22 at 8 am. It showed to deliver by 05.11.22 however till 06.11.22 12.40pm it is still showing "preparing your order, yet to be shipped". It was supposed to be a birthday gift. Now when i want to cancel my order they are not even letting me do that.

I ordered my parcel frm bewakoof.com website and they think we are bewakoof its been 4 days my parcel reached to bhiwandi hub and still intransit I email them they escalate my query but still its in intransit , Xpress courier its the worst ever customer care busy all the time won't able to connect its my prepaid shipment not even a half star will give very very poor service if any senior management hv acess to this plssssss improve ur service will not recommend this to any one for shopping

Amazon is far better than u they deliver before time door to door services my all parcel deliver smoothly but this pathetic website bewakoof.com its waste of time and waste of money the customer agent Sourav is communicating with me via email but as usual no action taken

Yes, it is safe to buy from Bewakoof.com. I have been buying and shopping from this site for some years now. I recently bought one jogger for Rs. 999 and a Mobile cover for Rs. 449 I am totally satisfied with the service they provide, their products are of excellent quality and their prices are reasonable, It's completely worth it. I have never faced any issues with delivery or exchange from them, so it is 100% safe to shop from Bewakoof.com. Go for it. Keep Shopping.

To cut the story short, this bewafoof people has just not delivered my parcel. And just because their delivery partner has updated parcel as delivered. They are no even listening to my issues. They just simply read and did little time pass and closed the ticket saying we are happy to serve you in future and your parcel was delivered. I mean i think illiterate people are kept for job.

I SAID MY PARCEL IS SHOWING DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT.

They cant understand this statement.

I have been using Bewakoof products since I was in college and I haven't stopped since because of their relevant designs and the pocket friendly nature!

Not even worth of posting one star. Not having amy customer support number. Not responding properly on support emails. Closes your issue ticket as soon as they respond you back even if the issue is resolved. No refunds on return items, I was following up from last few weeks on support mail. Irritating mails for rate the product (almost 5-7 mails an hour) which product I already returned, I could not unsubscribe to these mails either.

I ordered for a t-shirt that I never received! No refund! Save Your money and best to order from another platform if you like a product. Terrible service

Using bewakoof.com has prooven to be a great mistake from my end. I placed an order of nearly 2k on 2nd of July for a friend's birthday which was on 10th. I paid it online and kept waiting for my delivery. Surprisingly I am still waiting for it after almost a month. My products were never delivered to my location for 10-15 days and then it said that it was returned to the warehouse. I have written several mails regarding the issue to bewakoof support team getting many ticket no.s as response regarding which no one has ever contacted me and thet close the ticket just like that from their end. I pleaded, I argued, finally i threatened that i'll file a complaint against the firm, but even then bewakoof gave no damn to the issue i was facing. Till date i can see my order in warehouse and my money with you guys.
Dont you guys feel any shame??

I wouldn't even give them a single star. But there is no option here to give a 0, so.....
Don't order from Bewakoof.com, if you are reading this before you buy a product from them. And if you are here after purchasing a product from them, just like me, don't expect that you'll get your product. Lucky me, I would say, that I just bought one t-shirt worth 400 Rs. A lame reason for not delivering the product I get to read every other day, that too only after mailing them that I haven't received the product. Yes, you read it right, "mailing them" because they don't even have a helpline number, just an e-mail address, which they may or may not reply to, as per their convenience.

Didn't get my order even after a month. Very poor service. They hvnt refunded either

They haven't delivered my order about 9000 rs. And in the app it is showing that they delivered the items.

I have never seen such a d-grade site! Search filter is worst! What we search instead of that all other products they show..so please avoid shopping on this duplicate site..

Service is actually third class.
Designs are cool, easily found but the delivery and their customer care service sucks a big time.
They don't have contact number.
Whsn you to chatbox, it will direct you in their way instead of your way.
Now a very happy customer. Still waiting for the delivery.

I ordered a lower from Bewakoof and got wrong size. I asked them to get it picked, for which they asked me to self-ship. Despite repeated request, they did not get it picked. I somehow returned it on 7th Nov. ONe month gone and no REFUND Till Now!! No customer care phone no they have. Despite writing repeatedly, they have not resolved the issue
