I bought a smokey red Tshirt from bewakoof.com. the quality was very bad. After one wash t-shirt got shrink and color now fadded. this is not worth to buy. i don't think so i can trust this brand again. kindly check all the quality measure before selling anything. people will more happy to buy your product if you provide best quality on good price. That doesn't look good for a brand to sell a poor quality product on low cost.

My experience is very bad with bewakoof..i ordered 2 times on this site but both the time those t-shirt are not dark in colour as they look in the pictures..also after first wash they got faded..

half of my casual T shirts are from bewakoof . one little strange thing is that your Tshirts with the same label have different fittings. very recently i ordered 5 different basic Tshirts in L and the L sizes i ordered from you before had a better fit than this new 5 ones . These seemed more like XL to me . Please if you cannot correct the issue then i think i will switch to another casual Tshirt brand.

Went on the phone cover yesterday from bewakoof, but they have such poor service during this pandemic. Courier Boy came to deliver the courier without wearing a mask which Can be very dangerous. Service is very irresponsible. Oder id 36577412

Been Shopping from them for a few years now. Love their graphic tees and joggers. They are worth every penny.

Great collection of quirky tees and mobile cover. Prices are extremely affordable as well and the quality is as good as it gets for a t shirt.

I have made many purchases from bewakoof.com and have a membership also. i have made a purchase few weeks back and today the product is heavily discounted. I have asked for the store credit of the product price difference but they said cannot be done due to it being a regular practice of change in prices for ecommerce

Though products are good but the real test is the after sales service which is pathetic. They don't have any phone number for customer care. Only email address to which they don't respond timely. I have been waiting for a refund since 15 days now and no one has responded to my emails yet. Escalated to Pankaj Khanchandani but still no response. When everything is smooth every company seems to be good. But when it comes to customer service bewakoof.com sucks.

I raised and wrote so many mails to their customer service, which is the horrible part in there website app etc etc..
I had ordered a product and the status of the product was set to delivered where in I hadn't received product itself. I wrote the same and raised as many as mails possible informing the same but didn't get any response from them. The only response from them was we are investigating please wait, appreciate you patience BLAH BLAH.... And nothing else trust me nothing else was mentioned in there mails other this and nothing else was done as well. And also i have include later to the same they started adding to it stating that i confirmed to their courier service that i received the product. HORRIBLE they are just Horrible. The worst part is there courier service " ECOM EXPRESS" they never called me regarding this matter.
They have the worst customer service guys.. please be aware because just imagine we order products and there is no proper response from their end when required. So do you really think they are trust worthy. And also these guys don't have customer care number everything just happens over mail, which at sometimes is felt as if they have automated mails for the queries. Please be aware

When I have to buy sweatshirts online, I tend to be a sceptic. I want the fit to be neither too loose nor too fit. And Bingo! I found it here at Bewakoof. It's just perfect. It feels so comfortable and furry inside that I can go to bed wearing it. The price I bought it is nothing compared to the exceptional quality of the product. The sleeve length and overall size is exactly as I wanted it to be. I feel so confident whenever I wear it. Thank you!
