It's a scam
I’m editing since Beyond Body did reply to my second email. They acknowledged receiving my first email, but I did not get a response until after this review was posted. They have offered a refund, but it took several emails to get it. First it was a 25% refund and as I explained my experience, they finally offered a full refund. I still believe their process is broken and/or deceptive people, but I’m grateful to have received a refund.

It's a scam! I went through part of their "quiz", but never completed the sign up process. They've been charging me a monthly subscription fee ever since, even though I did not subscribe. I have no login since I never created an account, so I can't cancel. I've emailed them and called and there is no response.

Beyond Body was supportive in everything I experienced. I signed up for it all but circumstances prevented me from following through. No problem to cancel. Very supportive. When my circumstances improve, I will be back. Very impressed.

They are a bunch of scammers. I requested to cancel and they charged me $167 over 3 transactions a month after I asked to cancel. Their website is garbage. I’ve had to reset my password 20 times and still can’t login.

Waste of money- Not Personalized
Not worth it. They advertise "Personalized fasting plans. Backed by science. Tailored to your body, lifestyle & goals."- there is nothing personalized. The plan wasn't even intermittent and included foods I specifically said to avoid. The "upsale" was ridiculous. The 14-day money-back refund was ONLY if you can prove that the product was faulty. Which I sent a help request within hours of purchase and screenshots to support. Chatgpt does a better job.

Beaware of non-transparent subscriptions!!! will costs you hundreds!
Beware, they subscribe you to non transparent subscriptions and then months down the line charge £100+ out of nowhere. Stay away. Only bought a book, to find out 3 months later they made 3 charges of £100+ via multiple transactions for something I was not even aware of. Contacted immediately following the payments they took within couple hours to notify them these have not been authorised, they then were refusing to cancel those charges because it wasn't notified within 14 days. It's pretty hard to notify something you are not aware of. I was gonna take it up with the police for fraud as the next step, and only then they agreed to refund the money that has been charged. I'm glad of the outcome in the end, but the subscriptions should have been made more transparent from the start and it shouldn't have been as stressful to get refunds, I thought someone hacked me, had to replace lots of cards, accounts etc. causing a lot of unnecessary havoc.

Don't believe the hype...very basic
For anyone with half a clue about intermittent fasting, do not be fooled by the hype. The actual app is very basic with some really suspect menu suggestions (smoked salmon bagel for breakfast AND supper? I don't think so!!). There's a load of bigging up the personalisation of the plan when you go through the quiz but it's super-generic and isn't any different from any other (free) IF trackers or meal-planning apps.
I emailed them immediately to ask to cancel my subscription and refund my order. They tried to upsell me more stuff (exercise programs, mindset guides)!! After several email exchanges, they finally agreed to refund me 50% of the order value.

Not suitable for vegetarians
Having been pestered ruthlessly by email, I finally took up the offer and paid for a month subscription to this app only to find the meal plans cannot accommodate vegetarian diet! When you list foods not to include but they still include them, it becomes useless. I asked for a refund but they only offered me 25% EDIT - after several emails and photos of my sample menus containing meat, I have finally had my subscription refunded.
