I like the principles of this program
I like the principles of this program. It makes sense and I want see if it works for me, thus I’ve bought the program for 3 months.
However, there were far too many add-ons at the end. American overload! And there wasn’t clarity if there were recipes in the books.

Don't waste your money
I declined all of the add ons which were not explained before I signed up. So I don't know what they would have added to the experience apart from a lot more expense. You could do the basics perfectly well without the app, just choose how long your fast /eating windows are (in my case 17/7 hours) and restrict your calories to 1200.

Misleading and dishonost
Misleading. The way they set up the subscriptions makes it near impossible to figure out what's going on. This is an electronic product so fees cancelling is just dishonest. It's difficult to figure out how to even log in since they hide it on their website. It's also not paid through any app stores so you can't check through them to make sure everything is actually cancelled. The app isn't anything special, and is not at all worth what they want to charge

It's working for me
All I wanted was the app. Declined the other products. Calories are easy to track by reading labels, looking it up or using the list. I don't need recipes. After 5 surgeries in four years I gained weight. Diabetes made it hard to lose that weight. I was given a fasting time and daily calorie goal broken down with each mealtime where I can log it. Terms are clearly laid out in the app. I wish the app was a little less, but no one has such a simple, easy to use app and I'm not a princess or undisciplined person who needs perks that don't mean anything. There are no annoying people trying to connect, comment or chat. No one solicits me on email. Total privacy. Simple. It's working for me. By day 3, there is a 1/2" gone from my waist line. You can't put a price on a good body response like that. If the cost was less, I'd have given a five.
