I bought 2 items, the The Double support Full Bust Bamboo padded strapless bra thinking it would support my size 12 HH boobs when I needed to wear a strapless bra. It does not support someone with a smallish back with large cup size breast. I would imagine if you were simply a large size overall ie. Boobs were in proportion to back width...yes possibly, but not in my case. Still I can wear this with the clear straps so not a bad purchase.
My 2nd purchase was a Allover Tummy & Thigh firm control shaping shorts which doesnt hide bulges. It does stay up without rolling down but does nothing for hiding bulges.

Extremely comfortable and supportive nursing bras!

I purchased a product which was poor quality and when I tried to make a review via the website it did not allow me to do so even when I logged into my account. I then contacted the company to try and get them to give me access to make a review since there are so many reviews on the website with ‘5 stars’. They first told me an incorrect way of making a review (which I tried several times and it did not work). Then they advised me that I was supposed to get a link to review the actual product (which I did not receive) and then when I asked them to re send the link they did not respond back to me.

It’s been several emails back and forth as all I want to do is make a review and warn other customers that their product is not ‘5 stars’ at all and all of this makes me question their ‘verified reviews’ on their website as it was impossible for me to actually make a review even through I was a legitimate customer.

I am making a report to ACCC, hopefully they can ensure that the reviews on the website are real and that real customers are able to actually review.

Fast delivery of the cotton rich bralette. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s really comfy for relaxing and wearing to bed. I will be ordering more.

I got the cotton rich, low rise briefs (7 pack) from b free. When I received these last year I thought they were so pretty, however, I was a little confused to find that the material for the black ones were different to the other colours. The black ones were thinner, but more comfortable and stretchy. The other colours were a thicker and less stretchy material which was often uncomfortable for me. Right now, the tags have all fallen off the undies, the lace is fraying and the black ones are getting holes in the front. I’ve lost weight so I’m definitely not stretching them, but I’m quite disappointed that my Kmart undies outlast these ones by years… I wouldn’t recommend.

Inconsistency in sizing. I order actual bras (clip in the back) and Crop top bras. The bras were awful! Crop tops are suffice.
Annoyed you can't get a refund and only offer exchange or store credit so requested an exchange for some tanks/singlets but I had to pay another $10 to get the return label emailed to me. I have now been waiting about 6wks for the exchange to be processed and tanks received. Online chat seems to be never available and tell you that they'll reply via emial. Never happens but I do get some correspondence on the online chat out of hours but they keep wanting me to pay another $10 for the exchange which I've already done. I have now sent them a very long email demanding full refund of the products I returned and the $10 I had to pay.

Grace went above and beyond to help me with my query and make me feel more comfortable about my purchase and their products.

The staff are helpful, going out of their way to help women find the correct size to meet their needs. The seam free bras are perfect for sugical scars whilst still feminine and supportive.

Received cups that didn’t fit me inside my correct sized bra. Customer service was very happy to quickly organise some replacements to be sent and were very apologetic for the mix up. Amazing comfortable and functional products and great customer service to match!

Amazing and very fast customer service. Slight negative it’s only exchange or store credit but staff were very helpful at sorting out the exchange for a different product.

Poor quality (thin) product; doesn't stay up or support as promised. So I was then shocked to find there is a NO REFUND policy with this company. To add insult to injury, to return a product (just for store credit - and why would I want another cheap item??!!!) they want another $10 for a return label, so it will cost you even more. I wouldn't sell to anyone else as I have a conscience and any purchaser deserves better. So DO NOT BUY FROM THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY as you will be stuck with something you cannot use and cannot get a refund on.

Purchased the double protection bamboo bandeau bra for $50.00. The inside of the bandeau has some sort of harness for your breast inside what it's mentioned to do I don't know. In my case it did nothing. The whole contraption rolled up and slid down. The company refused to take this over priced garbage back.

Hated them. Returned mine. Was super unsupportive and found them very uncomfortable! They don't offer refunds and I couldn't find a bra of theirs that was comfortable. I contacted them, asking for options for bras with more support. They pretty much said that they had no more supportive bras and brushed it off by saying "you can exchange it or get a credit, as per our refund policy." Which was super unhelpful. If you can offer no better bra (the only thing i need), what in the world am I going to do with a credit or an exchange.....
