I can better understand why BFT…

I can better understand why BFT logistisk have such a bad reputation. My experience today compared to what I am reading in this platform is not surprising.
The carrier was very rude to me the moment i asked if he was not taking my pack up to the first floor were i lived. I told him its written in the email i receive from Bilka that delivering is to the door. He replied and said he does not care what is written in my mail. He looks very angry and did not want to hear me out. I was dumbfounded. I could see through the glass door how he mishandled the produkt in a careless manner. He took the produkt away and refused to deliver it. I called the BFT office and spoke to Katja, her attitude was nothing less than the experience with the driver. Katja hanged up the telefon on me. I tried to call again and asked to speak to speak to someone else and Katja told me before she connected me that, the answer is not going to be different from what she (Katja) already told me which was absolutely true, Betina i think she said was her name, told me she already heard about the episode and there is virtually nothing she can do. I should contact Dansk supermarked.
My experience today with these persons are relatively the same and makes me wonder why Dansk supermarked continue to use the service of a company that has such bad reputation with their customers? I felt badly treated my the carrier and for him to lie about the episode today even makes me not wanting to order goods from anywhere that uses BFT logistisk. BFT logistisk are not customer friendly at all. Infact, not to me. I feel so sad.

Worst service I got in Denmark

If I can give less than 0 I would. Here is why :-
1- The driver who is suppose to deliver between 12-16 came 16:30. Not a huge problem. Suppose to call 30 min before arrival. Not a problem
2-Driver speaks with little to no respect to the customer, no problem.
3-The driver refuses to help me to lift the 45kg bed to 2nd floor because he is busy. While I spoke to customer service and i was assured that it would be set in front of my home door not my bulding’s door. Asked thrice to make sure.
4-The driver negotiates with me into how much would i pay him and his partner if he lifts the bed to second floor.
I bought this bed because of my bad back,but when I have to lift 45 kg with my 72 year old neighbour then this becomes totally unacceptable.

Hej Ahmed. Jeg skal beklage at du er blevet misinformeret af afsenders kundeservice, for din seng er ikke blevet bestilt med opbæring. Dvs. leveringen skal ske til første dør i gadeplan, hvilket er hvad chaufføren har kunnet aflæse på sine køreliste samt hvad der er afsat af tid til leveringen. Mvh, Thomas

Ordered from Wupti.com - Which wrongly informed me that my package was to be delivered by Post Nord(on their website).
The same evening of my order, I got an sms from BFT logisitik saying they would deliver it next day, between 14-18 and call me 30 min before arrival.
The text message I got, seemed like a scam, as I was expecting Post Nord - But that part is on wupti.com, not BFT.
The message read that it was a package from 'Dansk Supermarked' - But that could have been information from Wupti for all I know.

The driver called me asking if I was home, which I was - he then informed that he could be here in about 5minutes, if that was okey (seeing as I was home, of course it was) - Friendly delivery, and on time.

BFT did what I would expect from a logistik company(and fast) - The only "hassle" was the 'somewhat odd' informations, given by Wupti, but that cannot be held against BFT, in my point of view.

Worst service

Delivery service in Denmark is already hard to get but this is the worst until now.

They delievered to the neighbors adress, in te middle of the street, half of the boxes damaged, the delivery was not complete and the driver ends up insulting us when we asked if he could leave in the sidewalk and he just left half broken.

Chaufføren kan ikke helt genkende din oplevelse af leveringen, men jeg beklager selvfølgelig hvis du ikke mener at have fået alle varerne, og at de skulle være smadret.
Der er tale om levering af en palle med 51 x 6stk kasse mred "sparkling wine".
Chaufføren ringede til dig før levering, og du var ikke selv hjemme, men sagde der var nogen hjemme. Ved leveringen, blev der ringet på døren og en kvinde kom ud, inden der blev påbegyndt aflæsning.
Så det undrer mig hvis varerne er endt smadret hos din nabo, da der som sagt var en til stede ved leveringen.
Chaufføren bemærkede ingen smadre flasker eller våde kartoner, hvilket hende som kvitterede for modtagelsen heller ikke gjorde eller påtalte.
