I had 2 deliveries with BFT. The first one was as expected yet on the second one there was no notification about the delivery time (the customer should receive a text 30 minutes prior to the delivery time, which was not the case for this particular delivery).

Great delivery experience
The driver called 15 mins ahead of delivery and was very polite. The goods were secured during transport and arrived intact.
They take care of your parcel.
The delivery man called before he had to be at my place. Even though I couldn't be at home he calmed me down and told me he will leave the bag in front of the door and make a picture. So it was really nice of him to take care of my parcel.

terrible service, do not bring up furniture despite proof
This review is based on multiple experiences now. They arrive outside of the scheduled delivery window making us drop work, earlier than the sms is supposed to indicate, and do not deliver as agreed. They refused to bring the delivery up despite me having proof that that was what had been scheduled by the company.

Just had the worst delivery experience of my life with this guy. I had been delivered a table and the area where I live is under construction, and yes, I understand it can be a bit more challenging to deliver the orders, but being mean to the customers and throwing tantrums like a child is not the way to go.
I was home alone so my boyfriend couldn’t help with it. So the phone rings because the delivery guy arrived and I can already tell the guy is angry. I switched to english because I couldn’t understand him and went outside to direct him to my door. The moment he saw me he hung up the phone and threw his arms and legs, his head back like a little child, like this was the biggest inconvenience of his life … I get next to him (while he was still rolling his eyes) and tell him that we can carry the pack together, and he didn’t answer. Ok! While he was taking the pack out of the truck I asked him if he had that thing with wheels ( don’t know how it’s called) with him so it’ll be easier to carry and he said he didn’t want to take it out. Ok!
He picked the package up and follows me, close to my entrance door he puts the pack down and says “wait” while taking the phone out, and I understood that he had to scan the pack and register that the pack has been delivered. So I wait and then sign and when he was done I grabbed the pack and asked him to pick it up together, he “said roll it in”, he turned around and left …
All this time while he had an angry attitude.
I’ve never been treated so badly, I felt like I was the biggest burden ever for having ordered that table … I offered to take it together because I know that having to carry things in a construction area can be hard, but what more could I have done?!
The guys needs to have a serious talk about his attitude with his boss !

The worst delivery service I ever…
The worst delivery service I ever experienced! I buzzed the delivery person to my building but he left. Instead of coming back, they rescheduled it to another day which means I need to replan my days again. But how can I know if the will wait longer next time? Avoid.

I never received my package
Bad experience! My order didn’t arrive and I waited the whole day. I even asked the customer service at BILKA if the packet would still arrive on its estimated delivery date which was the 28.02.23. They said, yes and even contacted the driver who said he was running late. I honestly feel that it is so unprofessional to write an exact delivery date and even time estimate and not deliver on it. Also, it is weird to me that the driver would even think he could make a delivery, when he so clearly cannot. I totally understand when there is a delay but one of 5 hours? Without a word that the package is delayed! Unbelievable !
Update (2.03.)
This company has sent me messages about delivering my package for the last three days and the package never showed up! This seems like a scam! Don’t order if they are the delivery company! Horrible service also!
