The rollers are helpful but the pull strap needs continual realignment

I purchased the carry on bag with rollers as I needed something smallish that would bit under my seat.

Traveling in Europe we had long terminal walks and carry bags was not what I needed. This my purchase from this company

Unfortunately the strap to drag the roller bag continued to flip the bag… it is extremely awkward. I had to continue stopping to realign the bag.

So disappointed

Great concept, but failed after 3 uses

I really wanted to love this luggage. The design is smart and stylish—but unfortunately, it doesn’t hold up in real use.

I’ve used my Biaggi carry-on just three times. On my most recent trip, the wheels failed completely after only a couple of blocks on a normal city pavement, leaving the bag unusable.

I contacted customer service and was initially encouraged to submit a warranty claim. However, this was later denied, and my follow-up message has gone unanswered.

I’d genuinely welcome a response from Biaggi to resolve this—because as it stands, both the product durability and aftercare have been disappointing.

Beautiful design, clever concept—but after just *three uses*, the wheels completely failed after walking a couple of city blocks. Not exactly what you expect from luggage meant for travel.

Even more frustrating: I was initially encouraged to submit a warranty claim, only for it to be declined later—and now, no response at all.

A product can have flaws, but how a company handles it matters. I’d still welcome a response and a proper resolution.

Stylish design, but completely unreliable & poor customer service

I really wanted to love Biaggi luggage. The design is clever, the concept is appealing, and aesthetically it ticks all the boxes. Unfortunately, the actual durability—particularly the wheels—is completely inadequate.

I purchased the Lift Off! Expandable Carry-On to Check-In in October 2022 and have used it a total of just three times. On my most recent trip, after walking no more than two blocks on a standard city pavement, the wheels wore down and failed entirely. The bag became unusable, and I was forced to drag and carry it for the remainder of my journey.

This is not normal wear and tear. A suitcase should be able to handle basic travel conditions, and this clearly cannot.

What’s even more disappointing is the customer service. When I first reported an issue in 2025, I was encouraged to submit a warranty claim with photos and proof of purchase. However, when the product failed again, the company reversed its position and refused any resolution, citing a two-year warranty—despite the extremely limited use and clear defect. Since then, they have not responded to my follow-up messages.

A product can have flaws, but how a company responds is what really matters. In this case, Biaggi has failed on both counts.

I would not recommend this luggage based on my experience.

bag is crappy and company is a scam

expanding luggage broke the first time i used it. Its supposed to have an insurance if the bag broke or something that i can get a replacement. they said they sent the replacement but when i checked it was sent to a different state. when i told them they said that's the address on file and it's not, i've never moved at all especially to a different state. then they told me they can't do anything about it because it was already sent. the bag isn't really that cheap so yeah, it's a scam. do not buy this bag, it sucks.

Also like mentioned by other reviewers, once you've filled up the expanded luggage with clothes, it keeps tipping over. And if you do try to pull it, it isn't as easy as what their video shows, and this is the luggage filled with clothes only. The wheels are too close to the center which explains why it tips over easily. the idea is great but it just doesn't work. so if you do decide to buy, good luck in trying to get it replaced when it breaks, the so-called insurance is a scam.

Avoid these bags at all costs

Posting here in light of Biaggi’s decision to refuse reimbursement or even to make a gesture of commercial goodwill. What a shame it is necessary to revert to social media for such communication between a commercial entity and its client. Followed all instructions down to a T. The bag is simply not designed to roll along correctly.

Hi I just used my Biaggi for the first time on a work trip to London. Quite possibly the worst bag I have ever encountered. Packing experience went well, lots of pockets etc. However when it is full, absolutely impossible to walk in the street with it, on both Parisian and London pavements as it kept falling over. My first stop was to a luggage store to replace it with a « normal » bag as impossible to continue the journey this way. I would very much like to return this item of luggage, however there are marks on the wheels (as evidently it was used). Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve ? Will never be able to use this item again as made my travel into nightmare day yesterday.

7/8 big trips!!

I have used for probably, nearly 5 years, have traveled 7/8 "big" trips all around the world. The very first trip one of the pulls broke off, so could no longer use that sleeve. The best I can say is; the packing cubes are a "real dream", that's the best I can say about this luggage. If you put "any" weight in them at all the wheels won't roll or will not roll properly, making it nearly impossible to roll at all, you have to pull your guts out to get anywhere... Truly not trying to be mean or ugly, just simply stating the facts... I've moved on, because by reading other reviews about this company I'm out a chunk of change...

Fedex is encountering roadblocks from…

Fedex is encountering roadblocks from Biaggi when trying to deliver my return package, which has been approved for a full refund. From November 6-7, 2025, I received 2 notifications from Fedex pertaining to its inability to deliver my return package on schedule. The first notification informed me that Biaggi requested a hold on the delivery. The second Fedex notification informed me that its attempt to deliver my return package was unsuccessful because no one was available to receive it and that another attempt will be made the next business day. I have emailed Biaggi’s customer service team about this and am awaiting a response. This all seems highly suspicious.

Update: 11/7/25- Biaggi followed up with me to say that the facility that receives packages was not functioning due to this week’s UPS airplane crash. I extended condolences and asked if Fedex was aware of this and if not, why not. I offered to notify Fedex and am awaiting a reply.

Very poor customer service. Fraud!!

bought goods worth €59 from Biaggi. The post office sent them back because I didn't know they had arrived. I haven't received my money back. I've sent Biaggi several emails. They always take a long time to respond, and they keep you waiting. They just keep making excuses. I'm going to get a lawyer. Don't buy anything from this company!!! Fraud!!!

Like the light weight & collapsable.Tips over VERY easily. VERY hard to turn from cube to bag.

A BIG issue with the 2 I have, is that they tip over very easily! Wheels are closer to the center to fold up & any packed weight on the outside makes them tip over. If they didn't pack, you could put the wheels closer to the outside so it doesn't tip over.

I just bought this for my daughter while she was using mine. When she returned, she complained how she hated that it was always tipping over. With the wheels, you have to pull on the shoulder strap, so it's like walking a dog using a leash. If you make them to NOT PACK, you could add a retractable handle to the side.

It is VERY difficult to turn them inside out, I just bought another & am returning. It's so tight it took me 1/2 hr of fighting the whole time to turn it out of the pack. Now, over 15 min putting it back & I was working hard the whole time. I had to push hard to flip the stiff center. Sides are so tight I couldn't get the zipper around to flip it. Folding it back, I had to leverage each corner against a hard counter & push really hard.

Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them. The absolute worst customer service. Ordered weeks ahead of a trip. Never showed up. Customer service is deplorable. They absolutely do not care about customers. They will never answer your questions about why the product never showed up. Pathetic.

Poor design. Useless company.

I purchased a Biaggi carry on for a 6 week trip to New Zealand. It was the most inconvenient carry on I have ever had in 60 years. The bag is so top heavy that it can’t stand on it’s own. The wheels are hopeless so I had to carry it by it’s straps.
Biaggi finally answered my many emails and sent a return label. Thank you.

I bought the runway and I cannot open it. The little tab is very small and it ruins my nails to open it. I had it open once and now I cannot open. It has not been locked with code etc. So I am not sure what the problem is. I love the size but it is of no use to me now.

I purchased a Lift off bag last year…

I purchased a Lift off bag last year for a trip. It did not perform well. The wheels did not turn easily if at all. I contacted the company. They generously sent a replacement. I just got back from a trip. This bag only rolls slightly better. It takes awhile to get the wheels all going in the same direction. The handle bent on this one. I do want to love it for the space but it is going out.

The bag doesn't roll when upright

The bag doesn't when roll upright. The wheels are awful and get stuck. I used it for a trip to Europe and ended up staying for months, so I couldn't return it. I confirm that the bag is wobbly, the pull up handle is flimsy. Customer service is a joke, it must be a bot, because it just ignores my questions and keeps saying:

Horrible experience

I'm sorry I even have to give this one star. I wanted to like it so badly but it is the worst ever. It will not stay upright when you're trying to roll it through the airport. We ended up just having to carry it. I cannot believe all the positive reviews on their website. The reviews have to be fake as this suitcase is absolutely awful.

Limp Noodle Bag

I bought the bag that expands into a larger bag. It's horrible to move, it's like dragging a bag on its side through the airport. They delete honest comments off of their FB page and don't respond when you want to return it.

Would love to comment on the product if received!
Placed an order on the 07/07/2023. To date, order has not been received.
Paid for the order using the Shop app which only allowed standard delivery.
Chased the order with customer service on 27/07 but was told, as I only paid for standard delivery, I should allow more time!
So I did allow more time, another two weeks!
Still no order received! And no response to my mail. 4 weeks later, finally a reply, to be told my delivery address was wrong! It wasn’t, the house name appeared twice, that’s all! Now they are saying they will have to resend!
Informed I no longer need the order, funnily enough, I’ve been away and back again in the two months without my order!
Requested a refund 5 days ago, still no reply!
