I would like to Thank my usual Bibo…

I would like to Thank my usual Bibo engineer Tasha in Portsmouth for always delivering a high level of care and customer service at every visit. From detailed explanations, to demos and fixing any major/minor issue on the day leaving me with peace of mind every time, very easy to talk to and understand, amazing personality, such a pleasure to meet Tasha at every visit, very clean and tidy, respectful, excellent qualities every engineer should have.

Also Jasmine from admin customer services at Bibo has been amazingly helpful, prompt responses to my queries, sent out parts next day delivery, dealt with my queries very efficiently. Was a pleasure corresponding with Jasmine offering a high level of customer service and care.

Overall great experience being with Bibo for years.

I have been a customer of BIBO since…

I have been a customer of BIBO since 2011 and the customer support has always been very attentive when I have had the need to contact them, whether it is by phone or email, as service that is sadly lacking with a lot of companies these days. Kayleigh, has been my main point of contact and she has always treated my issues with care and thought. The service personal are brilliant, too. Nothing is too much trouble for this company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an instant hot & cold water solution for their home.

We love the new Bibo Nova

We have just updated our Bibo which we had for years to the new Nova and are very pleased with the smart new model. The very pleasant Engineer dismantled the old machine and took it away and set up the new one in about 30 minutes. Showed the basic controls which I adapted to our specific needs. All very efficient so very happy customers!

The engineer was great was quick and…

The engineer was great was quick and left no mess. Although I had only seen him the week before when he came to fit our new bibo, as 2 days after fitting it developed 2 problems. 1 the ultraviolet light which is what the engineer changed. The other is a bit more complicated as it's a software fault which has not yet been fixed, so unfortunately we are not able to use the personal programming on the unit

BIBO Service

I have found all the staff at BIBO to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.
It was quick and easy to set up our lease and the engineer that came out to fit it for us was great.
We have unfortunately had to get a replacement as the first unit became faulty but even this was dealt with efficiently.

Highly recommend Bibo for anyone

I’ve been using a Bibo hot/cold water dispenser for over 3 years and have always been happy with it. After moving home recently, I decided to stick with Bibo and upgrade to their newest model — definitely the right choice.
The new model is a fantastic improvement: easy to use, the advanced preset functions are really handy, and overall it feels like a premium upgrade. The moving and installation process was smooth thanks to their great technical support, and as an existing customer they even waived my installation fee — a gesture I really appreciated.
Highly recommend Bibo for anyone looking for a reliable, convenient, and high‑quality water dispenser.

Engineer visit

Engineer booked in on a convenient date, however I was not advised of an approximate time despite the email confirming the date stating that I would be given an approximate time the day before. I have had 2 visits within 3 weeks and wasn't advised of a time on either occasion. On the first occasion the part that was sent had the same fault as the one being replaced (no fault of the engineer). Issue resolved now

Bibo Nova

I was previously a Bibo customer many years ago and owned the Classic version before switching back to Virgin Pure. After seeing several recent adverts on Facebook, I decided to give Bibo another try and purchased the new Nova model. The design is modern and attractive, and the built-in UV lamp was a feature that appealed to me.
Unfortunately, my experience with the machine itself was disappointing. Within the first week, it started leaking water from the bottom while dispensing hot water for drinks. In addition, the machine unexpectedly performed a factory reset on two separate occasions, requiring the full 6 litres of water to be drained and the setup process to be completed again. Compared with my previous experience of the Classic model, the Nova felt less robust and raised concerns about long-term reliability.
Update: The machine has now been returned and a refund has been requested.
I have increased my rating because of the excellent customer service provided by Jasmine. She was professional, understanding, and kept me informed throughout the return and refund process with regular updates. While I remain disappointed with the product, the way my case was handled has been reassuring and reflects positively on the customer support team. I appreciate the communication and assistance provided during what was otherwise a frustrating experience.
