After experiencing problems replacing our virgin pure unit, we did some research and came across BIBO and i am glad we did. Customer Service was excellent in talking me through the options when ordering. the unit turned up when expected and so did a helpful engineer who trained our office manager and also me. we have had to make adjustments already and it was so simple. the staff are very happy with water quality too and the unit looks a lot cooler than others so my office manager is happy too

Very efficient company with a great product and friendly customer service. Although based in Oxford they are always happy to come to Cornwall to deal with any faults and issues with our machine.

I have the older Bibo machine and love it. I have had it many years now and did have to have it replaced once. I have the insurance package so got a brand new one installed.
I have no issues with customer service I email them and we arrange a date convenient for me. The engineer Sam is really helpful answers any questions I may have and does a great job. He even took his shoes off. We have great conversations about rugby. Annmarie

After research the BIBO water heater/ cooler looks best system.
I had an early BIBO system previously.
The engineer that fitted the machine was excellent. She made sure I understood fully the operation and polite and clean, tidy worker.
The whole process from order to fitting is perfect. Very happy with machine and results.

We LOVE our Bibo! The cold water tastes delicious even in our hard water area, and we couldn’t live without the boiling water for tea and cooking. We love that we can change the filters and any other parts of the machines ourselves over the years, with excellent instructions and quick and helpful communication.

It’s been two years since I first left a review for BIBO, and I’m pleased to say the experience has remained just as impressive. We were so happy with our original machine that we recently purchased the new BIBO Nova as an additional unit for our office.
Once again, the service has been outstanding from start to finish. The team made the process seamless, and it’s great to see the same high standards and attention to detail are still very much in place. Servicing continues to be excellent any queries are handled promptly, and the technician, Jason, is incredibly knowledgeable about the machines.
The BIBO Nova has been a fantastic addition alongside our original unit, and it’s reassuring to know we’re supported by such a reliable and professional team.

Having seen the machine in action at my daughters, we (my wife) determined it was just what we needed, There is a lot of tea and coffee drunk in our house, my other daughter works from our home and is constantly filling up her water bottle and making cups of tea. So the perfect solution, no more finger tapping while we waited for the kettle to boil, which is definitely saving us money. Our local plumber fitted our Bibo and he said instructions easy to follow and it was up and running in half an hour. Happy family!

First of all the customer service from this company has always been outstanding for the last 3 years I've been with them and the Bibo Classic machine has been great. Decided to upgrade to the Nova despite reading terrible reviews on here and thought all would be fine. It wasnt. On install it started pouring water from the bottom. This then stopped and the hot water tank refuse has blown on day two. If I pay premium, I excpect premium. I've cancelled and sending it back. Just going to buy one of those mulifunctional taps instead.

We have had Sam (engineer) here a few times for the initial installation of our first BiBo and then subsequently when servicing it afterwards. He’s always very polite and nothing is too much trouble for him. Recently just him again to install our BiBo Nova and he took us through all the menus to familiarise us with it. It’s a game changer and there nothing else on the market that matches it. If you’re thinking of getting one then do it, it’ll change your life!

The engineer arrived within the agreed time period, was extremely helpful and friendly. He not only repaired my BIBO but cleaned it and offered lots of advice. A real credit to your company. I would suggest however an improvement to your booking system for engineer visits, perhaps an on line booking system showing available slots? That would honestly make the whole experience second to none.

We've used BIBO for years and have ALWAYS received fantastic customer service from Poppy in the office and Sam, the engineer. They are both incredibly friendly & helpful.
