When new , there was a lot to like about the machine. It supplie hot and cold water and it did save on the volume of water bottles that were purchased. However, the running costs are high with ongoing replacement filters, uv lights etc. That was ok to a point, but then the cold water stopped being chilled. It seems a pump has failed. The cost to repair, just under 50% of the machine cost. That included a service , but it is still 50% of the machine. At that point I wrote off a 2 year old 600 gbp machine, so it is going in the bin. I was not going to pay 50% of purchase after only 2 years use and have any faith in the longevity , and have to then pay something similar further down the road. So I could not recommend buying this product.

During that period inevetably there have been a few times when we have needed the Company's help to resolve a few minor issues. In every instance the efficiency care and courtesy has been wonderful. We have had our Bibo water tank since 2022. We chose it for our new kitchen, after replacing our American style fridge with a model that did not have a cold water dispenser. The Bibo provides us with both filtered, ice cold water as well as boiling water, for our hot drinks. So although it takes up some space on the worktop, we no longer need a kettle, water filter jug or cold water stored in the fridge. It is very efficient and easy to use. One or two issues have been quickly resolved by Bibo technicians who are professional and reliable. The Bibo is quite expensive to buy but we consider it worth it for the convenience. It was our little treat to ourselves, when we re fitted our kitchen. We are very satisfied with it.

I’ve been using the Bibo water dispenser since 2021, and it has truly become an essential part of our kitchen. We use it multiple times a day, and the convenience of having both hot and cold water readily available has made our daily routine so much easier. My family appreciates the instant access to hot and cold water for beverages and cooking.
Recently, we encountered an issue with the hot water dispenser leaking. Given that we live in a hard water area, I understand that this can happen, but it was a bit disappointing nonetheless. However, when I called for an engineer, Lewis arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution, which was reassuring.
I’ve also been eyeing the new version of the Bibo dispenser that has just been released. It seems to offer some exciting upgrades, and I’m tempted to consider an upgrade soon. Overall, I highly recommend the Bibo water dispenser for its reliability and convenience, and I look forward to seeing what the new model has to offer!

Engineer was great and did a fantastic job machine repaired and looked like new.
My only criticism is that as we live in a hard water area we should have been told to clean more often to stop the scale build up. The Engineer advised every 3 months not every six.

I have had the Bibo machine for a while now and when I bought it, I signed up for what was to supposed to be a “worry free” servicing option, where I pay by monthly direct debit and then an engineer is sent at 6 months intervals to service the Bibo machine. However, my experience with this process has been a total nightmare. The impression given to me at the onset was that whenever the service is due, automatically this gets arranged and I’ll get contacted about the proposed times/dates for the engineers visit. However this has not been my experience so far. Sometimes, the service goes several days and even weeks overdue and no one contacts me about it. On multiple occasions, I have had to chase constantly for it to be booked before this happens. To add to this, when I call about it, I am given several unreasonable excuses that do not add up.
It has indeed given me a poor experience with this company.
On the other hand, the engineer Lewis has been very good. He always turns up at the appointed time, is very friendly, professional and takes his time to explain what he has done . He is indeed an asset to Bibo.

All round excellent experience!
I was given a unit by a friend, and contacted Bibo to arrange servicing and installation. Amazingly friendly and efficient customer service arranged a very quick appointment. The engineer (Lewis) turned up as arranged, and was reassuringly professional and engaging. He checked the machine over made it fit for use and installed it with no issues, gave instructions on how to use it and cleaned up after the work - he even cleaned the outside of the machine.
The machine itself is really good, and seems to be quite efficient according to my smart meter. Much more efficent than boiling multiple kettles.
I would happily recommend this company for their product, service and customer focused attitude.

I have had my BIBO for many years without issue. Recently the unit gained a leak and after returning to the company it was fixed for a very reasonable cost. Shortley after it had another leak and after speaking direct to the company, which is a very reasuring thing, an engineer was dispatched. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced the part Again the cost was really reasonable giving me many more years of use from my BIBO. I really missed it whilst it was away and awaiting the engineer visit.
