After Sales Service

Having had a problem with my Bibo it appeared to be more than a simple fix. I was given a date for an engineer to attend and sort the problem. Sam arrived on time and immediately located the faulty parts and replaced with new from stock and checked the machine fully and checked that it was operating correctly. He also demonstrated the menu and I have since used the sleep mode which is very useful. Overall I have been very impressed and happy with the after sales team and especially Sam the engineer.

Good machine, Terrible service

Good machine, Terrible service
Well, its been 3 weeks now, calling to arrange filter change. Phones not answered for first 2 weeks. Sales eventually out me through to service. Promissed to call me back that day. That was a week ago. Still no call. And... not answering calls again. Pitty, machine is great, but service is terrible.

Just had my water unit installed today…

Just had my water unit installed today by Sam who was absolutely amazing and went over and above the call of duty to help.
I'm a raving fan already and have only started using my machine which is fantastic!

I am very happy with the service carried out by the engineer he checked and replaced all the parts that was worn, my BIBO is now working as new customer service was also first class can’t fault BIBO ten out of ten.

I have had a Bibo for 5 years and it has been amazing. The product and the company. Love having cold and hot filtered water any time of the day or night. The staff have been extremely helpful and fix any issues promptly. Cannot imagine being without my Bibo.

Great product and service bar one issue...

Overall the experience with Bibo has been very positive but there is one simple thing missing...

Had a Bibo classic for over two years now and we love it. We got it due to my wife's disabilty because she is unable to lift or use kettles or other hot water appliances safely. The Bibo allows her to have a cup of tea or coffee easily and safely as well as having full access to clean, cold filtered water without bulky heavy filter jugs etc.

The classic is easy to use, simple to maintain and high quality. During cleaning, the cartridge grommet failed and cause leakage into the unit and all over the floor. We needed to contact an engineer to visit.

This is where the single gripe comes. We reported the issue on a Saturday morning. Bibo has no support on non business days and we could not get any confirmation on a vist for two business days so we were looking at least Tuesday for any contact. This left us without access to the water machine for four days. Inconvenient yes, but also removed a degree of independence from my wife as we were now relying on kettles and bottled water, each being unsafe for her to use.

A callout was organised at Bibo's convenience and the engineer who turned up was amazing. He spotted the issue right away and not only fixed it but took measures to minimise the likelihood of it happening again as well as making the machine easier to use and maintain. He swapped out some parts to give the machine a longer lifespan and explained some improvements coming to the filters. He even cleaned the machine (inside and out) and completed the descaling process leaving with a machine that was as good as new.

Overall, fantasic service from the engineer and a quality long-lasting product from Bibo. If only a way could be found for out-of-hours energency services...

Hey! Train me up on the system and I'll do it myself!!! ;-)

I am sorry to hear that you were not able to reach us for immediate support over the weekend. As a fairly small business, we are unable to offer weekend support currently, however, we do try our best to respond to all enquiries as quickly as we can on a Monday, following our weekend closures. I do, however, understand the frustration with this, and our opening hours will continue to be reviewed to ensure we are able to provide the best level of service that we can.

Why don't Bibo have social media?

Because if they did, everyone would have a Bibo

We've had ours 2.5 years and only recently needed an engineer to come out (as the filter replacement is so easy). Our engineer was superb - quick, efficient, friendly, very clean and tidy.

Bibo are missing a trick with current customers - offer a friends and family discount (10%) on new sign ups from a current customer. Then current customer gets a free filter replacement - or something.

These reviews are helpful, but only if you're directing traffic the right way to your product. SPEND MORE MONEY ON MARKETING!!!

It's a bloody brilliant machine - just needs to be a touch higher to get a Chilly's water bottle stood underneath the spout! (tiny detail)

The engineer

The engineer, Tasha, is fantastic. She's been round about 4 or 5 times now I think and she's so friendly, chatty but working quickly at the same time. Really knowledgeable about the BIBO and fixes every issue we have. Thanks Tasha!

Great customer service

Needed an engineer contacted Bibo they gave me some checks to do first then arranged an engineer straight away cannot fault the customer service, nice to deal with a company that you get through to somebody on the phone who can help you.
