BikeOnline rocked my world with the speedy delivery, fantastic packaging, and unbeatable value for money. The bike arrived within days of ordering, beautifully packaged inside a cardboard box with straps and foam to keep everything safe and unblemished. Inside was the bike of my dreams in pieces at a price that is still hard to believe. Thanks mostly to their instructions, but also my experience and general handiness, I was able to get the bike up and running within a couple of hours. Can't recommend more highly. To those of you who are a little nervous about ordering a brand you're not familiar with, because I know I was, don't be. It's an outstanding product.

Express ship my ass , waste of money
Bought something on a Tuesday before 5 paid for express shipping ,so would think Friday at by the absolute latest, wrong ! Now read their shipping policy well read that and ignore cos it’s shit ! First email says delivery Thursday then Aus post says Friday , then Monday ,now Monday …… Well it’s Monday and now it’s saying Delivery Tuesday…good job you flogs your absolute shit
