bought a caddy van from these , advertised as running and driving a1!!!
wouldnt give me a answer on when or how i can collect this van from the auctioneer , 1 week later was told delivery only at £250 , right ok . van was dropped off was told the battery was flat and would need jumped , upon inspection it had a 4 inch hole in the sump and has been running around the auction yard with no oil in and resulting in a seized engine , spoke to the ceo of wise remarketing which basically called us a liar and that its a trade auction and basically take me to court if you dare!!! these are the biggest con men in the game and i urge anyone to not buy a mars bar from bid spotter or any auctioneer such as these, £3000 later i now have a working van , which i could of bought from vw with 3 years warranty and have some change !!

crap , never ever do business with them specially with this company Universal Auctions Group Ltd ,Universal Auctions Group Ltd is selling van on auction is crap please take my advice seriously and please guys dont buy from them otherwise you will loose your money , recently i had very bad experience from them i boughts van from them in auctions £4600 and its crap i have to spend another £3500 in van get road worthy, please take this seriously ,when they advertise vehicle they hide what they dont want to show you , even if you getting very cheap please still dont buy from them ,or else you will like in hell like me,,absolutly disaster this company is.
My experience is very very bad with them bcoz they make people fool,they will take them fees and you will get garbeg, just dont do business with them
please please share this with friends and family and save them so them hard work money dont go in vein like mine.
i am broken right now and still spending money on my van to get road worthy ,

A jag E-type is in my search alerts. The exact same vehicle with the exact same photo's has appeared at least 10 times in my alerts. I have tried to contact Bidspotter via A-mail twice but they don't reply to anything. Crap company.

Jonathan's Terrible !!!
Spoke to a very rude auctionear named Jonathan. Only asked him if he could take an offer to the finance company as i can purchase and collect it immediately and he became so agressive and accused me of stepping over the line. He talks of doing this job in his 50's but upto date not learnt the art of actually selling the product !!!!

What went wrong?
Lack of communication after a complaint.
What can they do improve?
Support customers who use the platform and audit their auctioneers on the platform so that no one ever losses money on products which are not even worth the paper it’s written on.
Advice:
1. Any one looking to buy a vehicle should use trust pilot and any review sites before making a purchase. You be surprised and horrified after I noted what was so so true about a recent purchase.
2. Check the vehicle over and list any thing wrong with it and compare to description.
3. Read the auctioneers terms and conditions as bid spotters terms are different and can be misleading and you will get stuck.
4. Don’t buy a vehicle or product which continually appears for sale again and again. There is a valid reason for this as I have now worked out why.
5. If a description in the terms and conditions states private plate is not included. Don’t touch it. If it states images are used as an example or similar don’t touch it.
There is a huge list. I will never mention the auctioneers details where I had an issue as bid spotter should take some accountability. Having to loose the amount of money I did in this current climate is totally unethical. I would never want any one else to loose money.
Advice.
Buying from an auction is a huge risk. Please do your home work. Do not risk a deal. Not worth it.
Bid spotter needs to respond. They have no customer service experience.

I was bidding on a car and I was the highest bidder at the time and auction ended saying reserve not met day after I get a phone call saying I have to buy the car and I refused and they sent a bill through money claim asking for £8500 pounds which I don’t have . Please I urge you to report these people to the police and government to stop all this misguiding people

advertised a car with 30 miles brand…
advertised a car with 30 miles brand new! collected the vehicle with 150 miles on the clock, looks like its been used since the listing with someone with kids scratches on the plastics glitter and crisps under the rear seats, load matt and jack missing. also conned another £2000 out of me for a late payment when the invoice was sent with a incorrect figure and late. all in all feel like i have been scammed and miss sold !! defiantly one to be avoided at all cost.

Bid on an auction of roof tiles was asked to confirm the bid amount which I did but my bid wasn’t acknowledged meaning both myself and the seller lost out 😡

I've had to go to small claims court…
I've had to go to small claims court against an auction house on Bidspotter. Bidspotter will threaten and bully you if you do not pay, but they will take no action against fraudulent auction house which they list on their website. Dixon Landscapes has scammed me over £320 as they refuse to answer the phone for me to arrange to collect the goods.

Asset Auctions are incompetent, Nigel tells more lies than Tom Pepper and will gladly lead you down the garden path for weeks. Items are not as described so it looks like you're getting a bargain until you realise the item will need serious investment to be anywhere near useable. It's a wonder the council haven't revoked auction licensing and they haven't been removed from bidspotter. Just look at the previous reviews!!
