It was very easy to navigate the site
It was very easy to navigate the site, adding or removing options as per my needs. The site does give you the opportunity to talk to a person if you need to which is great to see but I didn’t need it. Payment online is secure and all my documents were emailed very quickly after I purchased my holiday insurance. Really good price and a great product.

Took very ill on holiday
Took very ill on holiday, sent all hospital and clinic documents to this company on the 6th May.
Two days later followed up by phone to make sure they received everything, and they confirmed no further information was needed.
Have followed up by phone every week since to be told it is still in review.
Have also emailed the claims department every week but have not received any response.
Eight weeks on and I am still being ignored and kept in the dark. This company are very quick to respond when they want your business but, in my opinion, very unethical and unprofessional when you are making a claim.

Disappointing
Was offered a 15% off promo code in an email as an incentive to renew. However the code didn’t work and when I phoned the sales team didn’t recognise the code. I had to prove that I’d been sent the code by emailing them their email and after several lengthy calls I gave up.
I reckon if they can’t manage a promo code between departments they are unlikely to be able to manage a claim.
Avoid.
