I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and sightseeing,unfortunately the weather got very bad and we all had to be squashed inside the small covered area. Regardless,our driver made an effort to drive around quickly and safely so that we could finish our tour.

This was my first time to Abu Dhabi and Dubai and I must say the big bus tour was I think the most convinent way to see the city in the short span.

I had booked the Dubai - Abu Dhabi combination package and enjoyed both the cities.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and the best part they always have a smile on their face.

The only point which I felt was an
Issue was the shuttle transfer between abudhabi and Dubai and mentioned include in the package was not available.

Rest all was fun, I would definitely reccomend this.

Not a bad experience, however, the staff didn't seem to know opening hours of the stops. They just guessed which caused problems when they were wrong. Yas Island stops way to infrequent. 1.5 hours is to long for most stops.
We bought a 2 day all inclusive pass, however, the girl at the Abu Dhabi Mall made it a 7 day ticket. This was helpful and a nice little touch as it was winter and not busy.
The bus was always on time.

The experience was ok and the recorded information excellent. Unfortunately the owners are still ripping the tourist off with the high price charged that does not reflect the cheap fuel and labour costs of the country visited. You can fly to various destinations for a great deal less.

It was a cool trip by bus. You can see lots of places in s short time! Thx big bus!!

Blue Tour with very few points of interest and too long. Long wait for the bus. Definitely not worth the money.
The red tour is more interesting but the ticket is too expensive for the service provided.

This is a great way to see the sites and learn what the city has to offer.

Our first highlight was the Grand Mosque, so we staid in the bus for round about two hours to get there. The second stop in our priority was the Marina Mall. Again long time to go. Next time we would go out at any place we want to visit without priority but in order of the busstops.

Recently was at Abu Dhabi airport for 16hrs transit.
Bought tickets online. Went to Big Bus stop at Masdar City, and the Bus did not Arrive.
Then paid another Taxi and went to Shaikh Zayed Mosque. Got the Bus at 2:15.
Took the Green line, there was no sound, the driver said that there is no commentary, only driving thru.
What a ripoff, having paid $170 USD. For driving thru for 5 hrs. Could have taken taxi tours and would have saved and got explanation about the city.

I would strongly advice that you visit the mosque on your own not with big bus tours as you need time to take it all in and on a 24 hour ticket you will unable to do it all.
The voice recording needs to have more detailed information on attractions being visited. Also all routes should ideally include a toilet break especially the route for Ferrari world. I also recommend that more time is given for photos at locations where the bus can reasonably stop. Overall there just isn't much to see in Abu Dhabi compared to Dubai- having longer photo opportunity for specific places would make the tour marginally more meaningful.
Finally i feel more should be done to create more partnerships with certain stops on the tour e.g Abu Dhabi museum and the Sustainable area. It is worth getting a joint partnership where someone can give very detailed information on the sustainable area and future plans
The reward voucher book is completely useless again another area for improvement

We were on a cruise ship so it was great they picked up from the port.
Price was ok - well cheaper than the trips from the cruise company anyway. And they did return us to the ship at the end of the day as well.
Buses were every 30mins which did mean if you timed things a little bit off you could miss a bus and have a long wait - it would be nicer if they were every 15mins. It just means that you have to plan carefully and visit places in half hour blocks.

The tickets were expensive yet no wifi onboard (unlike other big bus in other countries where they all have wifi onboard and tickets are cheaper compared to Abu Dhabi) staff was unfriendly and not helpful (especially the Filipinos).We were very disappointed.
Bus driver was much better.

Tour is very good, you can get impressions about most important points of interest if you have limited time in this city.

It was a great experience. It made the local commutation very easy. Also the commentary provided great insights into the culture and history of all the famous skyscrapers of Dubai. I would love to recommend and consider Big Bus tours for my future travel plans as well.

The 48 hours ticket is ideal when you want to visit all the Points of interest in Abu Dhabi. You have time enough to hop-off an all interesting places and you have also lots of time to change to the second route to see Yas Island, F1 world, Waterworld etc.

Great staff, good tour, but a lot of buses headphone jacks don't work, on many buses we had to try 4-5 seats to find one working. Otherwise very good.

The first bus was OK. The sound on the second bus was terrible and could not be heard clearly
