Great way to explore Dubai and familiarise yourself with the different areas. Buses were frequent and staff plentiful and helpful.

For us it was a great way to explore Dubai! Would definitely book it again!
The waiting times for the next bus sometimes seemed longer than 20 minutes and not all bus-stops had signs. So remember where you need to get on again.
Our tour-guide Cecilia for the city line was very entertaining. The staff in general was very nice.

The only thing what can be thought of - the air conditioners in the first floor and second (where is the closed area) - it was sometimes very very cold. So cold that a jacket would be right in time. But outside was +25 so I cought cold.

Hi,
Consider to change at intervals the background music that plays during the Tour guide. One 1 song tends to leads to a bit of boredom, and I notice few people struggling to stay awake as some points.

Big Bus was a great and affordable way to see all of the sights. Many of the attractions included were worth the time. The water cruises were less than exciting, but were a nice way to relax for an hour. If you are short on time, you can skip these.

All of the staff were helpful and informative. They are a great resource for finding your way around. They also have the best tips on how to move through the city. I would take their recommendations.

Our experience in Dubai with the big Bus was very positive!

Nod bad, but not many information about the city, information many times repeated. Buses cleaned not good (in the evening buses are dusty). According to petroleum products values, the price is very high for this tour. You have to change something to get new and leave current customers.

It is the best way to explore the city. Since the tour doesn't come cheap it would be great if their agent could plot out an ideal itinerary based on individual's request. There are a lot of freebies included but if the day isn't planned well you may not optimise the freebies. Also I feel the buses should have dustbins to keep the bus clean at all times.

It was a wonderful experience and i enjoyed my ride with Big Bus Tour. I will surely recommend my friends.

Our experience was very good . we found all the staff very friendly and supportive. Tour routes are perfect and service is very user friendly.

We stayed 6 days in Dubai last week, the first 5 days we used the big bus deluxe tour. It was enjoyable and we can control the visiting time at each place by our self. The staffs and drivers were friendly. We liked the Sharjah tour, desert sunset adventure, dhow cruise and Atlantis aquarium. Thanks for Charrie for a lot of information during the tour to Sharjah and the nice drivers Raju and Ishaq. We did not have much time on the 6th day so we joined the Edge Tourism for the one day exclusive city tour to Abu Dhabi which was 300 AED per person not including lunch. We had an opposite experience. The driver who was the same person as the tour guide did not tell us any information of the places. His English was very poor and most of the time did not understand what we said even we tried to communicate with him in simple English. He was texting on the mobile when he was driving. We were forced to have the buffet lunch at the Heritage Village’s restaurant because this was the only place for lunch there. I should have used the big bus tour to Abu Dhabi and it is much cheaper.

We had a fantastic day in Abu Dhabi. Our bus driver Hakkim was absolutely fantastic. Best customer service ever!!!

The bus stops need to be marked as some are very hard to find. Could also give more information on the printed map of where they are. Went to the boat trip at the Marina again no one to help and no signs of where to go we spent ages looking fir help. We couldnt find the stop outside the Marina Mall and ended up getting a taxi back to our hotel againa sign would have helped.
Staff not that great although we had a very helpful driver this morning (should have taken his name). Happy to sell tickets but not much help afterwards!!

Some non-compliance with the program regarding:
- night tour and
- sharjah tour
Difficult to find (unsigned) the boarding for cruise boat on Pier 7
For these reasons we only awarded 4 *, otherwise worth it! I recommend warmly, especially for those who are in Dubai for the first time, as was our case!

Overall experience is great except for the service after desert safari tour where there’s no transportation to get back to the hotel. I was alone with a toddler and I had to push the stroller on the road and NOT on a pavement in order to get to the nearest metro station! I was so worried that I might be knocked down by a car! Thank God that it didn’t happen!
