The car I had bought from BCW developed sticky gear shift. The sales gentleman Ray had propmply arranged the repair slot at their garage and issue was resolved.

BRAUNSTONE CROSSROADS SITE

BRAUNSTONE CROSSROADS SITE .
DISGUSTING FOUL MOUTHED TEAM OF AGGRESSIVE MEN . I would avoid this garage at all costs . APPALING in so many ways . Please please DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE . You will be ripped off and intimidated if you ask questions and verbally abused if you disagree with what they say about your complaints to them . AVOID AT ALL COSTS , go someone else to purchase your car .
They were that threatening and abusive that I reported them to the POLICE .

Good service

I came to collect the car today and the team were so polite and helpful. They created an easy experience as it is the first car I have bought. Cas was a brilliant help whilst I was waiting for my car made the wait seamless. A brilliant team overall 🙂

Great service

Great service from Ray and the team at Big Car World. No pushy sales tactics and really helpful and patient when helping me decide what vehicle to upgrade to. Would recommend.

Do not sign untill they fixed what they promissed. MOT the car imediately to be in the waranty thay offer

Test driven the car and it felt great, came with a recent MOT. Noticed the window switches were brocken and mentioned it. they promised it would be fixed by the time of delivery. Also said they would remove wheel spacers when they serviced the car before delivery. On pickup day notjing was done. they promised tjey would mail the switches to me asap. Almost a year later not sent. I called 2-3 times, a month appart and was told to stop calling, they wouls send them when they have them. The car failed MOTthis year due to both headlights been broken. The car has not been in an accident since I got it. The tester said it had tape holding one in place. Not sure who they use for testing.
