Received my items on a timely basis. It was shipped through Amazon even though I did not order through Amazon. Weird. Be aware an 88-cent charge was tagged for "Cross Border Fee" from my bank. Not sure what that is about.

I was a great price for an EGO string trimmer. The box was almost destroyed when it arrived but I assume that is the way you were able to offer such an attractive price. Everything works fine and they were timely and communicated during the shipping process. Overall a good experience. Would definitely use them again.

Glad I Took The Plunge
Initially, I was concerned about ordering a product from this website, as I had not ever heard of BigEasyMart. After doing some research on the online retailer, I took the plunge and am happy that I did. The order was accurate, delivered ahead of schedule in very good shape, and was a good value over other online retailers. The only minor issue I encountered was the the name & contact phone number on the shipping label was not mine, but the delivery address was correct. It seems the warehouse that shipped the item, made this minor error yet it did not delay the delivery, cause problems with the warranty information, or cause any other impact.

Skeptical but satisfied
I had been looking at a DeWalt 20v laser level for a while. Stumbled across bigeasymart where it was around $100 less than anywhere else. Though skeptical, I did a little research and decided it was worth a shot. It shipped in a couple days and was here less than a week later. The website they use for tracking could be better and the updates they send via email could have better wording/use of the English language, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. Will not hesitate to shop here again.

This was my first order with BigEasyMart, and honestly, I was not positive if this was a genuine website or a scam. Thankfully, BigEasyMart is real, has very competitive prices, kept me informed of everything happening with my order via email, and delivered my 50Lb container of Pool Bromine within 1 week of the order date!
