I ordered the Dino cat plushie on 30th November still not arrived email the company no reply would be not be buying from this company again total scam customers services don't message back

Beware of this scam. Bought 3 plushies with DLC codes, as advertised on the website. Codes were never provided!!
Paid handome amount of shipping costs plus taxes in my country and only got plush toys. Customer service responded that they never meant to send them to me, despite how it was presented on their website. Super disappointed.

Never buy any merch bought a plush that came with a code took 5 months for plush to get here and the codes still not they said to message them over a month ago and they would respond but never did this is an complete scam they will steal ur money bc they are not scared what so ever of getting caught

This company runs a scam. They show on their website how to enter the codes that show their merch will come with a code. They then deny that it is valid- extraordinary!
Avoid at all costs! My son is so disappointed and on looking at their return policy it is no existent!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GAMES HAVE ALOT OF SCAMMING. Reached out multiple times with an issue and no response . spend all this money for codes and items and those items get stolen and they refuse to help. Not how a game should be ran.

This site is an absolute joke,I ordered my son a toy from here which came with a code,I received an email from the site stating that on delivery of the capybara I would receive the code.i received the capybara and waited for the code.upon emailing the site regarding the code they promptly replied saying I did not qualify for the code,upon supplying the email they sent me and screen shots from there own site which clearly says you get free merch with the purchase I have been met with a wall of silence.

BEWARE of purchasing these items in stores....if a code fails- they will not help. My 10yr old was super bummed bc he looks forward to redeeming the codes. The codes are advertised on the packaging...which is very misleading.

Warning parents to NOT buy their children anything from Big Games. Do your research outside of Trust Pilot and see how people are getting scammed!

Our son saved up for a year to get a Titanic pet. As much as he wanted the plushy, what he really wanted was the digital pet in the Roblox game Pet Simulator. His account was hacked within the hour and it was stolen. He did not trade it, it is a known exploit and unsuspecting children are being conned to buy this stuff. You can do a good internet search and other parents report the same thing happening to their kids.

Big Games has horrific customer service as they shoot you to their Discord channel, where they tell you sorry nothing we can do from a Discord admin. Despite each of these "digital pets" having unique digital IDs and costing hundreds of dollars. Roblox also will not do anything.

We took this as a painful lesson for our son, who is 8 and was in complete tears. We have weaned him off Roblox and are warning as many parents as possible about the gambling nature of Pet Simulator and other predatory games on Roblox.

Their support is practically non existent of you need them.. The links online to contact them are all fraudulent and tell you to join their discord.. yet Discord is a commonly known Hacker based server where people steal information and accounts from unsuspecting victims whom join.. not to mention my ISP provider straight up blocked Discord completely from connecting.. so I literally cannot even use Discord if I wanted to...

Problem.. Big Games took away my game passes I purchased .. and presently in game.. the shop says I own them... But I'm blocked from using them...

Good shipping, I recieved everything that i bought (sad cat plushie + lucky block plush) though a bit dissapointed on how the lucky block packaging had a big dent but otherwise the plushies are amazingly soft, def 9.5/10 for me, RECCOMENDED

Missing half of the order. No response from customer service
Customer service didn't respond. We ordered three 12" plush that include free Lucky Blocks. The receipt shows 6 items total. Only received three 12" plush – no Lucky Blocks. My kid is super disappointed. Feeling this is just another scam from a company that is operating out of Asia.

Appalling customer service

My son spent almost 150€ on plushes

And he did not receive what he ordered he received four of the same and they told me it is normal

It was advertised as four different ones in a pack

Do not recommend

Spend your cash elsewhere as this company is a scam and they have terrible customer service

Scam and big games ltd as well trying to say they are different company’s do they not realise a quick search tells the public they are all the one plus pet simulator x etc

I got all 7 Titanic Plushies. I ordered a 3 titanic sock monkeys and 3 titanic sock cats and it came in 3 weeks with all 6 codes.

If you are looking for Merchandise with DLC codes, Order products that are labeled "DLC Included!" If a product doesnt say that then it doesnt have the codes.

Can I give it zero stars. First time buying from the online store. We bought a Corgi pillow for $46 and it came with no code. This was for our 8 year old son as a surprise. Of course he’s upset. Emailed Customer Service to see if they could help out. Of course they don’t care it’s all about money with these places. Last time we purchase from them. Buyer beware.

I ordered my son a Dragon Rug plush in December and haven't received it or the code. I've contacted customer service by WhatsApp, messenger and tried via X (formerly twitter). It took a few days to get a response but it was helpful as the company refunded my order as tracking had not been updated by Royal Mail and the item must have been lost. Disappointing for my son as part of his present but appreciate the refund and trying to put it right.
