I ordered 2 corgi rugs for my kids codes already redeemed

I ordered 2 corgi rugs for my kids. I received the rugs but the codes were already redeemed. I emailed Big Games Merch and they replied with the 2 accounts that redeemed the codes ( which aren’t my kids) and stated “because of this we cannot issue you a new code, sorry if this is the answer you didn’t want to hear”. This is unacceptable for rugs that cost $50 each.

On December 16th

On December 16th, I contacted support via the "Contact Us Form" on the home page. I asked for information about the Corgi Rug, specifically if they ship outside the US, but I did not receive a response. A support team that does not address customer queries and ignores people is worth less than zero. Hence, I give it 1 star.

I dont have any negative experience

I dont have any negative experience. The first time I tried i couldn't pay because I didn't have a creditcard.
But they did offer me a pet the next day and even held on to them for 7 days.
They always return my mail within 24 hours.

All my huge pets and gems disappeared…

All my huge pets and gems disappeared when removing from bank. The game froze logged back in to find them all missing. I've spent hundreds of pounds in this game. There is a issue In this game this company will not accept Told this couldn't happen when reported issue. After this big games will not reply to my emails. Disgraceful attitude to its users. They're quick enough to accept my cash. But a total disregard in offering help when it's a issue with there product. ( my advice is Think Twice before spending money with big games they don't accept responsibility of their faults)

Tried buying a Titanic Plushie

Tried buying a Titanic Plushie today.
Clicked buy AS SOON as they dropped. Entered my card / shipping details, as well as completed their Captcha puzzle. I then confirmed my purchase (all this within 2 min) to find out that they are now “sold out”.

After realizing they sold the plushie in my cart I reached out to Big Games Support via email and got a very poor response- basically a “sorry you were too slow to checkout”.

Terrible Web design for a company doing limited drops. Not even worth trying if they can’t even guarantee the item in your cart- buy bots win again! 🙁

My son after spending a fortune and building up loads of gems finally got his huge shiny marshmallow agony only to have this go missing from his account and no he didn’t trade. What can I do to get this back and showing on his account, the costs are ridiculous now that he hasn’t got anything to show for it

Complete Money Grab

This company is only concerned about exploiting money from kids and their parents.

I purchased a $250 stuffed animal (Plushie) on their site because my son is obsessed and it was an early birthday gift. The biggest draw to these is a DLC code (electronic code) where they can get exclusive in-game pets. Well, mine came without a tag, so no code. I've been in touch with support for a month now and no one will resolve the issue. I've offered to return it for a refund, or exchange it or even just be given a code. No response other than they had to send it to another team, who apparently do not respond to anything.

In addition the new plush drops are a joke. 75 made and bots get them before you can even click on it.

Last one I had one in my cart that said it was available. Waited 29 minutes to checkout and it then told me they were sold out. Complete waste of time.

I won't be buying anything from them again and would recommend others don't as well.

Good Luck Getting A Plushie At Drop

You aren't getting a plushie when it drops. Simple as that. You certainly aren't competing against the general public. It's bots and insiders that have access, likely prior to the online store even opening. Look at ebay - postings for the "pre-orders" for the plushies (with order confirmations) were listed at three times the cost...and more than an hour before the biggames.io store had them available. What does this tell you?

If you don't want to believe me, that's fine. Wait til the next drop. You might see the site asking if you are the owner and requesting a password. That will go away. Then you'll be able to put your items in the cart. It'll say they're available. Upon checkout, you'll get a screen that tells you approximate wait time...you sit there thinking you are good. Eventually it'll go from like 20 minutes to "less than a minute," but it'll stay there for a while. Eventually everything will be gone. Oh, and it tells you if you refresh, you will lose your place in line.

It's all a joke at best - can't really call it a scam because I didn't even have a chance to lose my money. It's all a facade for promotional purposes...at the expense of excited kids' emotions, parents, collectors, etc. Total BS. The general public DOES NOT have a chance at these plushies. Just trying to keep you and your kids from getting your hopes up like mine did this morning.

Don't Even Bother Trying to Buy a Limited Plushie When it "Drops"

This was the third time we attempted to buy a limited edition Pet Simulator X plushie, the very second it was "dropped." Each time, we watched the countdown. Each time, it was added to cart and checkout began as fast as humanly possible. Each time, their Shopify store gave an estimated wait time to checkout, along with a warning not to refresh the page to insure the place in line. Each time, we thought we actually had a chance. This time, shortly after the estimated time to checkout was "less than a minute", the screen changed to "Inventory Issues, some items are no longer available"; we only had the one Titanic Red Balloon Cat Plush in the cart. Once again, sold out in less than a second. I work with eCommerce websites all day long, so I understand a bit about online shops. The first and second time, I just chalked it up to bad luck. At this point, it is quite obvious that Big Games IO is allowing automated systems (Bots) to make purchases, and they don't care. They know that some of those who were willing to shell out $250 today, will now be willing to pay even more on ebay. A few minutes before today's "drop" the site was password protected, perhaps the password was given to YouTube promoters and/or their friends with ebay stores to get a jump on the general public. Hopefully, this review will serve as a warning to those willing to shell out these absurd amounts of money, to NOT get their hopes up. In reality, what else should one expect from this creator.

Waste of money!!! Scam!!!!

My son continually has issues with these games. People scamming kids and when you try to reports it NO ONE gets back to you! We also bought pet simulator X toys for codes and the codes are a scam… they do not work!!! It just says the code is disabled!! The code itself is not even clear!! Such a WASTE of money and will be retuning to Target asap!!! DO NOT invest unless you like throwing away money!!
