Love Big Green. Products are excellent. Delivery time is excellent. Customer service is excellent. The one time I had a problem, they handled the matter above my expectation. The best gluten free pasta…
The buckwheat pasta is the best gluten free pasta that I can find anywhere. It’s really good as long as you don’t overcook it. It will soften after you take it out of the water, if you add it to another step in your cooking for example a stir fry or baked pasta dish.

Fast shipping. Lectin free (and gluten free) products that taste so good, even my family who loves gluten, doesn’t know they’re eating gluten free pasta.
One worry I recently noticed is that you are selling products containing wheat (gluten). How will that affect the safety protocol of cross contamination for people like me who can’t ingest gluten?

This is my 2nd time ordering from them! Great both times! I buy about 3mo worth of noodles and ramen at a time and it works out great. I get the millet kind. The sorghum is good too
