Where do i start
Where do i start? The manager, Jasmin is very easy to talk to and super helpful, Aaron was incredible as well, super welcoming! I’m impressed by the level of cleanliness, spaciousness and an incredible layout! It’s a huge bonus to have a dedicated hyrox and calisthenics spaces within the same gym. There is enough machines for every exercise and honestly the views are to kill for! This is the new Oost location by the way so definitely recommend!

Wake up guys — check your bank accounts carefully because BigGym is charging people in a very strange way.
If your payment starts on 01/01/2026, the next charge comes earlier, like 27/01/2026, then 24/02/2026, then 21/03/2026, and it keeps moving forward every month. That means they take money around 3 days earlier each month, which adds up to about 36 extra days every year — basically an extra month of payment.
Another problem: if the automatic payment fails, they add an extra €10 fee every time. That can easily become €30–€40 in extra charges. I’ve honestly never seen something like this before.
And on top of that, you also have to pay €0.50 every time you go take shower. If you take shower regularly, it can cost around €15 extra per month, and together with the gym membership, the total becomes around €45 per month.
So in total, people are paying much more than expected.
Also, the gym closes at 17:00 on weekends, while many other gyms stay open until late at night. Basic Fit is honestly a much better option because they stay open longer during weekends.
I hope BigGym takes these complaints seriously because customers are noticing these issues.
