FALSE ADVERTISING! Big John claims to provide a "full service" meat department yet the lead butcher and department head named Doug HUNG UP ON ME while placing a meat order. I've been overcharged multiple times, observed a customer requesting help being ignored, not uncommon for meat products to be without expiration dates, check out point-of-sale equipment shamefully antiquated causing errors at the customer's expense; Dan Doughty, Big John co-owner, verifiably apathetic toward basic customer needs.
