I'm somewhat new to email marketing and came from a much more expensive pay-per-email platform. I found BigMailer in search of finding a way to lower email marketing costs ( I have roughly 100,000 contacts).

I was expecting setting this up to be much more complicated than it actually was. It wasn't difficult at all. Support is super responsive (and based in the USA). I even got a chance to get help from the founder -- that was pretty cool.

Overall, I rate my entire experience 10/10. Being new to email marketing, I had non-stopped questions and there was ALWAYS someone available ready to answer my questions.

What really stood out to me was the platform - very well designed and user friendly, not overly complicated but also not lacking in features.

Support really took the time to "hold my hand" anytime I was unsure about something or needed help getting my complaint/bounce rate down. They really go the extra mile and take the time to really help you be successful. They clearly understand that their customers' success = their success.

Just getting started with some high volume email campaigns and so far I'm finding BigMailer to be very excellent! In comparison to MailChimp, it's equally powerful, but where MailChimp fails in its interface, BigMailer is by far much easier to use! Simple, efficient, and user friendly. BigMailer support is leading in that department too if you as me, they answer my question big or small with real answers to move forward, unlike some that use what seems like boilerplate responds or links to help docs. BigMailer's support responses are quick, to the point and detailed enough to cut out some of the back and forth that sometimes happens with other chat support platforms.

Perfect tool for busy founders or marketing managers, I was able to figure out what I needed to do quickly, the sending worked reliably and I had all the information I needed in the report.

I've used many sending services. BigMailer.io has been the best overall - especially the extra effort by their team to ensure my first send was perfect. Highly recommended!

I am blown away by the excellent customer service BigMailer provides. I moved my account from Klaviyo to BigMailer and I'm so happy. The amount of money I am saving by using BigMailer is fantastic and their customer support is the BEST.

Reliable, useful frequent updates, and attentive support.

I had no idea how much went into this process. BigMailer really took care of me and helped me understand every step of this process. I had a bumpy start after COVID-19 left our mailing lists fallow for more than a year. Lilia especially pitched in and assisted with everything while teaching me what I needed to know.

After evaluating many other ESPs, BigMailer just hits the perfect spot for my company. They listen to their customers and build the features we need.

The support team is always very responsive! They give great feedback when need and can assist with any issue, usually within minutes.

Lilia has been the best and easiest to work with. I am blown away by her customer service! I am currently just on their free plan - and have never had so much help like she gives me!!!

I highly recommend BigMailer and will be moving up as my contacts increase and pay for the great services they provide.

Great email platform. Works great for our large organization with multiple brands to manage. Customer service responds very quickly as well! I highly recommend!
