I was called by Tom to help guide me through the finance process. He was easy to talk to and explained everything in detail, was happy to answer questions and help me come to a conclusion.

Was as expected until they came to collect my bike and said that they mistook my model for a different model and offered me nearly one thousand pounds less. They were aware of the model given I had told them, provided the number plate, sent pictures and spoken to them on the phone prior to them agreeing the price. Seems like this is a general tactic with these types of buyers, say the computer made a mistake and offer you less when they come to collect. Really disappointed in that aspect.

For clarity this was a 2025 plate bike with 1200 miles on it. Perfect condition and they confirmed this. The reduction was due to them making a mistake with what type of bike it was even though the make, model and numblerplate had been confirmed (on the phone and with pictures) in advance so just seems very underhand and will make a complaint to trading standards about this.
Apart from that it went smoothly albeit I feel totally mugged off and wish I had sold privately.

I chose Bigmoto as they had exactly the bike I was looking for. I was treated very well and Claire went above and beyond to get the bike ready for me to take home whilst I waited, even though this wasn't their normal policy. I would highly recommend Bigmoto and especially Claire!

Ellis made the whole process easy and simple, he answered every question I had pretty much instantly and didn’t try to push me into the sale like most salesmen do.

Got a fair price for the Triumph. They collected it pretty quickly. Jason the guy who collected it was extremely helpful and put our minds at ease. Hence the reason for this Trust Pilot 👍

Ellis was phenomenal on the phone answering all my questions with patience and understanding.
He also took the time to explain things when I asked that were outside of his requirements and took my circumstances into account.

Hi I got intouch with Bigmoto thinking I was going to be out of pocket regarding my Yamaha MT07 only 2 years old . So allowing for the deprecation if felt I got a fair price . Plus I didn't want the hassle of going here going there .The process was quite smooth and professional !!

Spoken to a gentleman named Ellis on the phone and helped me out with everything I needed, took his time in his explanation and everything I needed in regards to the purchase of my new bike but he was overall very friendly and helpful.

Very fast, efficient and friendly service. Offered the highest bid and a lot more than the Dealer. Bike picked up 3 days after agreeing by SOS transport. Cash transferred immediately after a few checks were completed to my Monzo account.

Such an easy process, I dealt with Ellis and he genuinely couldn’t have done more to help me secure the bike I wanted.

Great customer service nice and quick call

Excellent service provided by the staff. I initially had chosen a bike and started the finance process with Amy, only to see a different bike I preferred instead. She was nothing but helpful throughout, even though I felt like I'd wasted a big chunk of her time!
The supply of information throughout the handover process was exceptional, the sales portal is a fantastic concept I've not seen before!
Would definitely recommend!

Everything was straight forward, quick and easy. Ellis was very polite and easy to talk to.

Avoid this company I went to purchase a motorcycle from this company they failed to tell me that the engine had failed and that a reconditioned engine was on order when I purchased the bike.

I was only informed when phoning for a enquiry on my finance plan and the adviser stated the bike was on the bench and having some engine work completed I requested what work and I was then told a reconditioned engine was required.

When explaining the situation and that I was unhappy with the service the customer adviser became rude and ended the call extremely quickly

I still believe they wouldn’t have told me the engine had been changed.

I have now requested a refund and will not be purchasing a Bitsa Bike.

Also delivery is between 7-21days just so if you do want to purchase a bike you will be waiting a while to receive it regardless whether you collect yourself or not.

In the reply you have stated first available opportunity however that would have been at point or sale or on the sales sheet due to the engine being purchased prior to me purchasing it all I’m hearing is excuses and being told about the engjne swap was only found out through my curiosity
