The company did deliver a pair of shoes via China via Vietnam. It took nearly 2 weeks with no mention of this on purchase. The shoes are of poor quality. The back bent in when trying them on and cannot return to normal. No support. Sizing is off, even though I measured exactly and ordered per their sizing suggestions. Customer service does respond but only option is to return item to Vietnam.

I finally received boots I ordered after a month. They were sent in a European size that was 1 1/2 sizes too all. They refuse to replace or refund. I contested with my credit card company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Total scam. Placed an order on 12/26 and haven’t heard anything. Suspected it was a scam so ordered on a card with protection. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Ordered a pair of Nike Air force for my daughter's Christmas present at the beginning of November, the order confirmation said they would be posted out within 14 days, guess what? It's 22nd December and still not here, emails now into double figures and no response. Absolute scamming scumbag

Don't order from Bigsalemax.com! Its a SCAM! After I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company, I went to my bank account, the money is gone but after 3 weeks no purchase has arrived. I don't receive an answer from the "contact us" department!

I placed an order with bigsalemax but I didnt receive an order number or any confirmation. I checked my bank account and the money is pending. I phoned my bank and they said to email bigsalemax and cancel the order. I was told to wait to see I receive my purchase if not they will look into it. He said I will not loose my money. The site looks legit but judging from other reviews it cant be. Pax

I was just given my tracking number today after 2 months of hearing nothing and it shows that I had “received it” an month ago? A shoe box doesn’t even fit in my mailbox.-_- Seemed too good to be true and I guess I took the bait. $150 lost!
I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to wait anymore but I doubt they will respond at all after. I will update. Haggard39 4/13/21

Don't order from Bigsalemax.com! Its a SCAM! After I ordered a pair of sneakers from this company, I went to my account and noticed the order was cancelled on the same day. When I questioned them about it by email.They said my order number had changed. What!? They gave me my new order number. Later got a tracking number by email. Waited for a couple of months, tracking the package. It arrived as a necklace I have never seen before. Currently trying to get a refund from paypal.

Scam!! They stop answer when you'd paid your order.
I've order a pair of shoes, but then i didn't recieve a email with order number etc. So I send them an email, again and again but still no answer :(
