I ordered an auto part from them. I waited over a month for the part. I didn't received it. After asking about my order in 2 different dates, they told me it will send to me the part. After almost 2 month I didn't receive the part or my money. The order was on oct.21.2024.
For me they are scammers.

Great customer service, responded the same day. Time between ordering and delivery was a few weeks but with their sevice and price it was way better than going to a local dealer for original parts.

My experience with Big Spare Parts is that they deliver prompt and can be trusted all the way. They carry some hard to find car parts for very decent prices. I will certainly be a returning customer if I ever need a hard to find part for my Kia.

Easy process, type the part number & pay. Took around 3 weeks for it to ship to the UK via FedEx. Although would be better if there were regular updates. They're based in Latvia but Artur the manager responded to emails promptly. The parts arrived in one piece without issue.
I would ignore the 1 star review from 'Staff Spears' the site is verified, secure payment methods such as PayPal so you can always get a refund if an issue arises so definitely not a scam
