Put the bag exactly where I wanted it and I can refill the bag with rebble and they will come back and pick it up. Problem solved. Easier then a load of dirt with less loss and NO mess afterwards.

I applaud this company and will continue to sing their praises. The soil is the best quality soil I've ever used..I started a new garden this year and everything has done so well !! This is my second bag of garden soil this year. I am interested in purchasing some mulch next season as I'm sure it will be top quality. I give Big Yellow Bag a thumbs up and would recommend this company and product to everyone.

Carpet of weeds

I bought soil from Big Yellow Bag 2 years in a row and was very pleased. My third year was a disaster. A carpet of weeds grew in my large grade. I called the company, they acknowledged this happens and refunded my money. Terrific. However, these weeds kept coming back all season. I'd put my shovel in the soil, lift up a load, pull the weeds out by the roots....and they kept coming back. I had to do this weekly. I notified the company again and sent another picture. No reply. I gave up on my garden by the end of June. Lost all my veggies and money. This year, before planting I shoveled off the top layer, planted my garden and...the weeds are back. Literally wall to wall weeds. I am so disappointed. It has taken all the joy out of growing my own veggies. A company that has been in business this long and acknowledges this happens must also know the weeds are in the entire bag and the customer must remove the entire load of soil in their garden and replace it. I have huge piles of soil I am still putting into bags to throw away each garbage day. I am so disappointed that I have to fight these weeds again this summer. Not worth taking a chance on another bag if the company doesn't stand behind their product.

I would highly recommend this company. The soil is amazing and we're excited to see what our vegetable garden yields with this soil. The service is top notch and we have NO complaints in regards to this company at all.

Not only did I write a review telling of my problems with tons and tons of weeds in my yard, which weren't there before the dirt delivery and spreading, they had the gall to say someone would contact me and they never did. I'm so blasted tired of pulling weeds that I will never, ever buy their dirt and I tell as many friend and neighbors as I can with pictures too for proof. I also let the know that this company promised to contact me and never did.

A better yard was only a call away. 2 days later the bag was dropped off and later that day was the first day toward better grass.

This garden soil is awesome; rich black , no clumps. I put some down in a bed 4 days ago and it still maintains its rich color. It's so convenient too - the big yellow bag -- is big. A generous amount, delivered when they said they would deliver. An all around good experience. Couldn't be happier.

Amazing company and amazing soil. This is our second year ordering and I can't say enough about the quality of the soil (and customer service). My proof was in the vegetable/fruit that was produced in my garden using your soil. The soil from last year was still running through my fingers with absolutely no clumping. I'm going to build a 3rd garden next year and will be using your soil again... I highly recommend this company to anyone

ordered a bag of black mulch online - so easy to do, then marked my "X" the day of delivery, and that was it ..... came and I just had to work to beautify my beds. So so very easy to deal with yellow bag and the delivery person was friendly and polite. A true pleasure to deal with the Big Yellow Bag company and will continue to do so. I've been getting my topsoil from BigYellowBag for several years and have always had excellent service. Their website is very easy to navigate. Deliveries have always been prompt, on time, and exactly where I've specified. I would happily recommend this company for your landscape needs.

This is very good quality soil. We were very impressed. It isn't dusty and there are no random bits of garbage, or rocks, or hard chunks of clay as you find in typical bagged soils. Instead it's very dark, with an excellent texture.
The delivery went smoothly, and the driver left the bag exactly where we left our X.

you're doing process was easy to complete. Communication along the way with the company fantastic and the delivery was smooth and efficient. my only suggestion would be getting a type of lift that would allow the big yellow bag to be placed over a fence.

My third bag. Always reliable and great soil.
