Very good experience with only mild gripes. Paid a lot more than expected, but my bike was over 5 years old and never been serviced and needed a lot of work. I think they charge for refitting tires which is quite poor.
Also offered me 20% off my first service after i had already booked and paid for the service, so that was pointless
Pick up and collection was great.
The little complaint is that the handlebars were not in line with the wheel on return, but i can do that no issue, and the brake handles were a little low needed twisting back. Otherwise my bike feels lovely and new again.

Great service from beginning to end, very impressed
Great service from beginning to end.
I have a Specialized road bike that I used to do a lot of miles on but then neglected to service for about 10 years - no problem for Bike Hero (Chertsey), they stripped it down and cleaned it and did a full silver service.
They also recommended replacing a gearset and the chain which I went through with and having had the bike delivered back to me, I'm really pleased with the results. It looks and runs better than ever!
Would thoroughly recommend, especially if like me you haven't got the time/skills to service your own bike(s).

Excellent provider. My bike was collected, serviced and returned in just over a week and a half as parts were needed. Very happy with everything having used my bike several times recently. The collection and drop off guys were really friendly. Communication was great with regular updates and it was really easy to see the final invoice and pay. Recommend Bike Heroes highly

Service on 2 Bikes
Negotiating and working out the website/instructions is not easy but the actual work on the two bikes and return was good, even though the saddles' had been moved making my partners bike unusable until I eventually found an Allen key to adjust it. Under normal circumstances not a difficult job but all my tools are difficult to locate in my garage due to building work.

Davide gave me fantastic advice on which products to choose. No upselling, no nonsense—just honest recommendations delivered with confidence, expertise, and that unmistakable Italian flair. Honestly, I came in for bike help and left feeling like I’d had an espresso-fuelled masterclass in cycling.
You can tell Davide truly loves what he does. He explains everything with passion, fixes things perfectly, and somehow makes bike maintenance feel exciting. If bikes could talk, mine would probably be saying “Grazie mille, Davide!”

I booked my bike in but received a ridicules quote that was more than the bike is worth. I had to pay to deliver it back to me. A £119 service turned into close to £400.

A good fix on my road bike at a decent price. There's a bit of a premium for doorstep pick up and delivery but that's to be expected and is worth it for the convenience.
Also helpfully flexible on drop off timing. I'll use them again.
