Communication with service department…
Communication with service department was beyond excellent. Even with the time difference the were fast to respond, and when a problem did arise with FedEx and paper work associated with the new tariff laws they went out of their way to get it through and easy for me. Bike was well boxed and very easy to assemble. About all i had to do was put the front wheel on, put the seatpost in with seat premounted, and attach clamp for handlebars.

Perfect KM0 bike experience
I bought a KM0 bike, I received it after just 10 days, and I appreciated all the bike has been checked before sending.
The bike was well protected and packaged. I just had to put the seatpost, connect the DI2 battery and assembly wheels. I'm fully happy of this puchase experience and I absolutly recommand Bike-Room.

It took over a month to receive a bike…
It took over a month to receive a bike I bought and then there were some key bolts missing. They have been in touch to make amends so hopefully an isolated incident and they have remain communication

I was hesitant to order a bike online…
I was hesitant to order a bike online after reading some horror stories on the internet. Thankfully my experience was the complete opposite. I ordered a new 2026 bianchi and it was shipped very quickly. Bikeroom kept me up to date on the process and the paperwork was not difficult. I was a little nervous having it shipped to the continental US but the customs paperwork was quite easy. I would absolutely recommend Bikeroom to anyone on the fence about purchasing from them.

I recently purchased a Colnago V5Rs (KM0) from Bikeroom and I’m extremely happy with the experience. The communication before the purchase was excellent: the team was always available, answered all my questions and supported me with every request I had.
I decided to pick up the bike directly at their headquarters and the experience was great. The staff was very welcoming, professional and the whole process was smooth and well organized.
The bike itself was exactly as described and in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the purchase and with the overall service provided by Bikeroom.
