Item never came. Actually, by the tracking number, it would be sent back to the seller (The package has never left Germany though...). The main problem is, that there is no any way to contact them. PayPal has helped me out to get my money back.

I purchased a pair of Campagnolo Zonda wheels from Bike discount in Germany and when they arrived i noticed a slight defect on the free hub. There was some noticeable scuff marks on the hub. I wrote to the company and they wanted me to pay the return postage fees to examine the wheel which they thought happened in production in Italy. I thought that this would be too expensive and agreed to take a 10 euro voucher which Martin from Bike Discount sent me to me in a voucher code to the value of 10 euro as mentioned earlier. The voucher was valid for 3 years from the date of the email. Just recently I tried to use the voucher and at the checkout section at the payment stage the voucher would not work and the website displayed an "Invalid" and "Voucher not Found" message before the page crashed and I lost all the items I had in my cart and had to start the entire process again. I have written now twice to Martin at bike discount and I just keep getting the same generic response from him saying that their is a system error, yet when I google this it claims that Bike Discount have no major problems with their vouchers. Why can't Bike Discount just send me a new code? I have asked Martin this and I have gotten no response from him. This is very unprofessional from a company like this and makes me very suspicious of them not wanting to honor a valid voucher after sending me goods that were slightly damaged and promising me this small voucher as a good will gesture which now I regret taking. I should have sent the entire wheel set back if I had of known this is the way I would be treated.
Update:
I have now received a response from Bike Discount and hopefully the matter is resolved. Thank you to all the staff at Bike Discount and to Martin for sending me a new voucher code.

This a transporter probleme responsability. But the probleme is tht IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO JOIN BIKE DISCOUNT IN ANY WAY.
I wanted to claim and found a solution : no email, no phone, and the contact form do not work.
I do not recommend to buy on this website.

Bought an item (bar tape) on 14 Nov 2025 and have not receive it yet.. (today it's 5th Jan 2026).
Contacted support service twice and got an answer saying they are "investigating"...
More than 1,5 month have passed and I don't have my item and don't know when can I expect it...
Asked my money back and still no feedback... this is not acceptable..
I think bike-discount.com must raise the customer service grade to level with the "market".
Stay away from this shop. My parcel sent from Germany to the Czech Republic has been in the UK by mistake for more than a week and bike discount is not solving it in any way and is refusing to accept a complaint or refund for the undelivered parcel. Customer service is absolutely dysfunctional.
Bought an e-MTB and pedals from them. Came packaged well and everything was in order.
Put the pedals on and started my journey.
25km in (2 days) I put some force down trying to cycle really quickly, and felt a snap. The pedal partially ripped through the thread of the crank, and was now sitting at an angle.
I emailed them with clear pictures and told about my experience. Their first response was that I attached it dry (not true) and didn't torque it down enough, which also wasn't true. I told them this, and in the meanwhile found out that the crank used on this bike, has 2 reviews on their site, and both reviews complained about this exact same problem, that the threads wouldn't hold the pedal in, either stripping the threads or falling out completely.
Furthermore, when inspecting the other side, the crank showed virtually no 'damage' at all on the black coating, meaning the pedal is fairly loose in there, and it makes sense it would strip the crank.
They ignored this, and offered eventually 40 as courtesy, which is the price of the crank. I told them this was fine, if the pedal was still usable (which is still stuck in the crank right now), otherwise I wanted a new pedal or the 53 euro to replace it. They refuse this and now made a new claim, that it was 'clearly screwed in crookedly', which is insane, because it would require tremendous force to get it all the way in like that, would immediately notice it, and would be easy to remove it. They effectively repeatedly called me a liar, all this at the chance of this costing them 53 euro.
I've asked to be in contact with someone else to file a complaint, and we will see how that goes.
It's clear that you get what you pay for, you buy a bike that offers great value for your money, but when you need support, they will just call you a liar, show any decency and refuse to pay for the damage that a product caused that has only negative reviews for this exact problem. Talking about gaslighting your customers.
Nothing about the process was good. Took days to ship, shipped with half the address, stuck in the post for weeks, no answers from the company then they’re rude to you? My forks were returned to Germany and I am still out of pocket. Honestly the worst company I’ve dealt with in recent years, genuinely AVOID for all international customers, it seems to be out of their ability.
Fantastic experience from beginning to end! The order was sent quickly, delivery was done quickly, and the package arrived intact and without items missing. This is a huge step up from a company such as Bikeinn. Well done!
BUYER BEWARE if you live in the UK, or elsewhere out of the EU.
Somewhere hidden in the small print and not on the home page, they mention you will need to pay VAT and customs duty on top of what you pay them for the goods. However you need to complete and pay for the goods before this can be seen in tiny print at the bottom of your order receipt. This issue can add 25% to what you pay and cause weeks of delay. I researched and ordered a quality cycle safety helmet that is EXEMPT from VAT by UK under VAT Notice 701/23)
I wrote and cancelled the order inside 14 days returns requirement, any it was two weeks before the border force billed me £70 more than 50% of that being VAT in the safety helmet, by far the most expensive item on my order. One month on after my no acceptance of the order and documented request to the seller requesting refund. I do not have neither the goods nor the refund.
Their customer service was stubborn and very unhelpful. After first agreeing they would refund my purchase on return of the goods, this goods in this order seem to have disappeared completely and so has my money
The word discount in their name and on their home page is false advertising and should be ignored by anyone outside the EU who considers buying from bike.discount.de. This seller is much more expensive than all their competitors and should be avoided at all costs.
I returned my product and waited more than 1 month, they don't want to refund.
It's the worst customer service I've seen in my entire life
Delivery company unfortunately broke my package and a Torque wrench was missing from the delivery.
So I contacted Bike Discount customer service. I have never been in contact with a customer service before but you read stuff on the internet and I was expecting the worst.
Well, I got the absolute best.
A couple of Emails back and forth. They are very efficient and polite.
They couldn't re-send the torque wrench as it was out of stock. But that is okay. I'll just re-order it when they have it back in stock.
So instead they refunded the money. Very quickly by the way. The day after the last Email exchange I think or maybe a couple of days later.
Very fast and a very good experience.

they still use sda which is garbage.
on top of that bike discount service is also terrible, they do not answer for days...so you save some money on the products you buy but you can lose a lot more in calls, emails etc etc
