I’m sorry that your expectations regarding the delivery time were not met. Our shipping promise, “Order today, delivered tomorrow,” applies exclusively to deliveries within Germany.

For your country of delivery, a delivery time of 3–5 business days (excluding weekends) was specified. Your order from March 29, 2026, has already been shipped and is currently on its way to you.

Bad customer experience

I have been a customer of Bike24 for more than 10 years. The service was very good until today. During my last order with them, I was surprised that Bike24 used DHL Express for delivery to Canada, so very high customs and service fees in addition to the shipping costs of Bike24. Contacted Bike24 to explain the situation, response our policy has changed. No warning, nothing. Moreover, the response is quick without explanation. In their delivery terms, it is clearly stated that DHL express is an option and not an obligation. Coming from Canada, it’s clearly not a good option to order products from Bike24 with all these fees. Very bad customer experience. No, we don’t go back there anymore.

When the goods are presented to the Canada customs, the administration fees are lower than DHL Express. Futhermore, the customs charges are often zéro. With DHL express is more expensive. Bike24 not reply to my complaint. It s clear that the customer is not a priority. The livraison mode was changed since last year and the fast delivery is not an customer option but it s a obligation.

However, we’d like to point out that we explicitly mention during checkout that shipments to non-EU countries—such as Canada—may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and service fees. These costs are levied by the relevant authorities and are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

These fees are not directly related to the choice of DHL Express but are incurred regardless of the shipping provider.

We regret that this has led to confusion and apologize for any inconvenience.

False Advertisement awful customer service

These guys have falsely advertised a Gen 6 Madone K-Edge mount on their website as a Gen 7. And after 23 emails back and forth of me explaining this multiple times to multiple people they still can’t understand this issue. Very very frustrating to deal with. They haven’t resolved the issue and keep telling me I’m at fault or have the wrong bar on my bike, this should have been very easy to solve. Send the correct item which you have in stock. I shouldn’t be punished and at loss cause your website is incorrect.

False advertising

Promised 3-4 working days delivery. 3 days are gone and they didnt even dispatch! Simple 2 items order, both of them in stock. I really needed these things for the weekend. Next time ill choose competition, they even had a better price

BIKE 24 EXCELLENT AS USUA

I have used BIKE24 several times with deliveries from Germany to Europe as well as direct to my home in South Africa, and I have never had a problem. Super service, website easy to use, and generally the best prices compared to other online European Bike Stores.
