Easy ordering, and good customer service

A great company to deal with. I've had my Bikebac for about 6 months now and tested it a few times successfully - it shows location well.

Having purchased 5 Bikebac trackers for Apple phone and 1 for Android, I am very confident that the security of my bikes has been greatly enhanced as a result of fitting these trackers. Furthermore the support provided by the Bikebac team has been exceptional, and any technical queries have been easily dealt with by simple emails despite the time difference between our locations. I highly recommend the Bikebac trackers and they represent a great investment to ensure security of our treasured bikes.

I have one on my bike, one on my sons bike and they work so well I put one in my truck. I spent $2500 on my bike and for $40 I can know where it is 24/7. That's a great deal.

I love the simplicity. It doesn't need any extra apps, and is easy to setup.

I appreciate that it's stealthy, and gives me added piece of mind if either of my bikes get stolen.

Excited to see how this can expand and grow to change the culture around bike theft.

The Bikebac Tracker is easy to set up and easily hidden where a thief would have a hard time finding it. I love that there us no subscription fees with the Bikebac, it only requires a battery every year. The tracker is waterproof and can go under the seat or on the water bottle cage.

I had my same bike stolen twice last year. On both occasions, I was able to retrieve my bike, once from a lock up and once in a tussle from a drunk pretending to be a deliveroo driver who had cut through the frame of the bike to release it... It was extreeeemely satisfying to be able to fight back against these... people.

I’ve been using Bikebac on my Android device, and it’s been fantastic. While there were a few supply delays, the customer service and communication were excellent—they kept me informed every step of the way. The tracker itself is easy to set up, reliable, and discreet, giving me complete peace of mind knowing my bike is secure. Highly recommend Bikebac for any Android cyclist looking for stress-free bike tracking!

I have had Bikebac trackers for a while now. I started by putting them on my bikes, added them the bikes of my friends, added them to my bike bags (after one got stolen). Very useful very reliable. They also tell you the battery charge level and remind you to change them Battery lasts about 15 months and is much easier the change than in the rival trackers. I regularly do a test to see that they work, e.g. bike in repair shop and I can tell which room it is in. Gives me peace of mind.

Easy to install and configure to my iPhone. One of my trackers quit tracking and contacted BikeBac. I explained what happened and a new one was sent to me. Great customer service.
One little annoyance: While traveling pulling our trailer, I had my bike mounted on the rear rack of the trailer. If we stopped for gas or to eat, I got an alert that my bike was still at the last location. The first time that happened I pulled off the road to make sure it was there. It was. Other than that it's great to know it's working.

I have several BikeBac trackers. All of them were easy to set up and install. All worked first time without any issues.
They are robust and well made, casing is strong and each was supplied with clear instructions plus a fitting kit. I found BikeBac to be very professional and easy to communicate with.
My only concern after some time of owning this tracker is that the battery life is not that great even with batteries supplied by BikeBac. Battery life is still better than rival products.
Would be great if a bigger capacity battery could be accommodated and/or make it rechargeable via a wireless charging attachment. Then it could be charged ‘on bike’ over night when required.

Company made a great product. Right to repair in the sense that you can replace the battery easily. Easy to mount on my bike and battery is only 50% down at 7 months in. Crashed my MTN bike and the tracker held up!

Very poor service, a lot of unfulfilled promises, very very bad and unprofessional beheaviour, no answer, no customer care... FRAUD COMPANY!!!

We are a reseller for the company and purchased thousands of dollars worth when they first came out with the Apple version. These work really well and no complaints whatsoever, then in December 2014 we placed another $1500 order for the android version which was due out at any time. It's now 12 months later and the company seems to have no interest in providing what we have ordered and PAID FOR.

Experience shows them to be a really dishonest with a zero communication skills and with no idea what they are doing, and no idea how to support their dealers.

Once we sell the few we have in stock we won't be getting them anymore !

Send us a refund for what we paid for that you have not delivered!

The bikebac device quite work in less than 3 months I put a new battery thinking it had a dead battery and nothing it still didn’t not work. The size of the tracker is much larger than other devices that I have. They are to large to hide making it a easily identifiable tracker and then remove them as the security bolts are all the same so any one can get the tool by ordering one.

I complained to them (via email and website) that their tracker has broken (won't connect to Find My network, weak beeping) after only 1 year of use. They suggested ways of fixing it, but I replied with videos showing that the suggested fixes did not fix the tracker.

They were then very quick to mail me a new tracker to replace the broken old one, which I'm very happy for!

I was a bit skeptical at first, that this would be better than an airtag but I definitely don't regret my purchase. It arrived within a few days of ordering and it immediately connected to the Findmy app. No issue and extremely easy. Works great on my bike and is not so visible and obvious. Also, customer service was perfect-- I accidentally ordered more devices than needed and I emailed about the mistake and they quickly and kindly issued me a refund.

My Bikeback Tracker arrived within a couple of days and when I tried to pair it with my iPhone11Pro by following the very simple instructions I couldn’t get a connection. I contacted customer services who promptly got back in touch with me by email and I went through the steps that they explained to me but again I had no success. I got back in touch with them again and they thought that it could be an Apple problem and asked what iOS version I had which was iOS 17.08 and said that they would contact Apple, a short time later Brian got back to me and advised me to update my phone iOS 18.0.1 which I did (Job Done)👍.
The Bikeback Customer Service was amazing and I would like to thank Vincent and Brian for their patience.
My tracker is working with no problems and I have recommended Bikeback to a few of my friends.

Bike back support advised via Apple to update to iOS 18. Problem now solved.

Just received 2 bike bacs after weeks of waiting. Cannot connect in FindMy.
It finds the tracker initially but won’t complete the process.
After restarting my iPhone (many times now) I get to name the device if I’m quick so it doesn’t time out. Then it bombs out when selecting an icon.

Not Happy. Connecting should not be this difficult/impossible

can’t get "Find my" app to sync, tried the troubleshooting steps multiple times, reinstalled the app but all I get is the same error :-
