Received 2 Bikebac trackers, wanted to fit them under the seat. But they didn’t send the bracket. Emailed them, the reply was: get this,did you receive zip ties with your tracker. Yes I did but I wanted a proper bracket as advertised.Said we are now using zip ties to secure them under seat. So no security bolts? No , use ZIP TIES. WOW, I’m sure a bike thief would be able to cut zip ties with a pair of scissors or knife. Surely a metal bracket and security screws are a better option. Anyway still waiting for a reply from them. Not happy 😡

Shipping soooo slow 2 items eventually arrived but can’t get Find my app to sync, tried the troubleshooting steps multiple times, reinstalled the app but all I get is the same error “contact the manufacturer “
Now it looks like I have pay to send items back to Canada from Aust just to try and get a refund
No after sales support whatsoever
I should of just bought AirTags

Bikebac contacted me after this review and offered full refund also more technical assistance (which should be added to install instructions) and I’m glad that issues have been resolved
So far better than expected, great business attitude highly recommend

Bikebac has exceptional customer service, the product is super simple to use and it came to my house so fast! I would highly recommend this product!!

Did not work out of the box.
Setup should be simple but Find My app consistently fails to identify the BikeBac unit.
Very disappointing after waiting for this since placing an order end September and only receiving the unit today 1 November

UPDATE 1 - good response from Bikebac and according to them a replacement is now on its way to me 2 November

UPDATE 2 - NO sign of the replacement and the supplied tracking information is invalid. Waiting on an update from Bikebac on what's going on. Revised tracking info supplied and now waiting to see that become active.

UPDATE 3 - Beginning to wonder if the replacement will be gift wrapped for delivery in time for Christmas.
Tracking still says Stallion have ‘accepted’ the package and Royal Mail are waiting for it.
Is there going to be a happy ending or will it end in tears 😭 - watch this space.

UPDATE 4 - Good news ! 5 December
The replacement finally arrives and it works 🤩 Great communication from Bikebac and I am very happy with the product. I’ve updated the review to 3x ⭐️
Shipping to the UK is terrible though, with long periods where the tracking info was in limbo. If you can improve on this then it’ll help your business I’m sure.

I preordered and paid £76 for three units on 11 Sept 23 and had to wait over 6 weeks for delivery.

Quick reply to my email saying shipment is on the way due to Courier delay.

November 3rd. Finally arrived. Good communication received explaining courier had an issue.

Easy set up on FindMy and appear to work as advertised.

The product was super easy to install. Support from the folks was outstanding as I patiently awaited the receipt of my product. Super happy with my purchase.

Pre-ordered the bikebac tracker. It's been amazing, have had my bike stolen in the past. Didn't want to go through that again. Simple and easy to install.

The bikebac tracker is super easy to use! Took me 2 minutes to unpack it and set it up with my iPhone. Love that it works with Apple Find My!
