Bike Berry has an amzing customer attention you don't find everywhere. They make it easier to order things you need, and when it is out of stock, they offer to inform you as soon as the item is back in stock. One of the principles that gives me a great deal of confidence in buying items online from a company or seller is their quick response to inquiry from a customer or a pontential customer. I feel very confident about ordering the items I need from this company because they have shown that they value their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied. That is not common with many online sellers.

Ordered the keg style gas tank and received only the tank, no mounting hardware and not cap. Was pretty angry as it was my first order. Was not gonna order again. Kayla was very mild manor and was able to fix the issue by shipping out the right order.... She was pleasant and was able to fix the situation and I will be satisfied when receive the correct part.

I made a purchase, and had a small issue, called the 800 number, Kayla answered in 30 secounds and got the problem solved. I have to thank Dave and his BIKEBERRY.COM Team for many years for selling good quality parts and engine kits. Other companies sell engine kits that have to be completely disasembled to check for small metal burrs/debris inside the engine. So far I have not had any issues like that, but always check anyways. File and round off all intake and exhaust ports inside the cylinder so the piston rings don't catch and break apart. Make dam sure the piston wrist pin retainer clips are seated in the groove and does not spin. Remove the retainer clip and bend open to make it wider/bigger and replace it in the groove till you hear it click in place. Spin it 1/4 turn to double check your correct.

Ordered a set of motor mounts, hub adapter and sprocket for my son's Schwinn chopper bike. Package arrived missing the hub adapter. I first sent an email with no response, so then followed up with a phone call a day later. I was told to send whatever photos I could to support my claim and it would be "investigated". I suggested checking inventory would reveal a surplus hub adapter and was told "yeeeaaahh, I dont know what that means." The operator then checked inventory and found they were out of stock with no eta for replacement. No notice of this beforehand! She reluctantly agreed to credit my account and abruptly hung up the phone! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

The company told me that they had the ability and expertise to ship a bike to Alaska. They advertised this service at 375 dollars. After I purchased a bike, they informed me that it would be another 570 dollars due to my "remote location" in Alaska. After I paid that, the date of my delivery has continually changed. I have yet to receive my bike and it has been 2 months. We are literally running out of time. They refuse to track the shipment and they refuse to refund me anything for all the time I have not had the bike. Do not trust them. Do not buy a bike from them. They also stopped replying to my emails.

Bike berry stole my money twice now. No items delivered! These people need to be shut down!!

Do not order next day shipping i payed $29 for next day shipping and it's been over a week and it's still in the mail even after talking with someone i was told it was next day after it leaves the warehouse, but after it left the warehouse, they mailed it standard ground shipping. I probably will not be ordering with them again just because of that alone.That's $30 that could have been refunded.

I ordered the 49cc flying horse 5G engine assembly on May 6th with standard shipping from BikeBerry. I received half my order on May 19th from BikeBerry. I immediately called bikeberry to inform them of the mistake and they ask me to send photos in an email of what was received & the shipping box label it was received in. I took the photos and sent the email immediately on May 19th. I'm still waiting for the tracking number for the rest of my order. I've called the 1-800-317-0479 six times and spoken with operators that keep telling me my order will be extradited and shipped out to me. They tell me it's in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. Days & weekends keep going by with no update or even a apology from BikeBerry. I've ordered items from other countries that have come much faster. I wish I would've read all the bad reviews & spent my $300 with Amazon or Temu. At this point I'm getting the BBB involved. This experience has been a nitemare. Original order # BB-359066

Its a scam parts dont fit parts dont work dont do it unless u have 6 months and 10000$ to spend. Also thier helpline is fake and only seems to give advice that sets u back

19 days now since I ordered, they just cancelled my order and issued a refund because they didn't have enough stock.

Total miscomplitation of the written price the kit was 180$ but when I pressed checkout it's was 320ish these for shipping to Canada (Quebec) it's was 550$!!! All add up to 883$ for the base bbr tuning kit . Way overpriced for the junk I'm gonna get 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
