First visit (last year): Trouble with the lock on my battery (Kalkhoff Electric Bike). They spent 5-10 minutes cleaning and lubricating the mechanism, no charge!

Second visit (early spring): Service on my bike, done before time at agreed upon price.

Third visit (May/Juni 2020): Major mishap with my bike (my fault), delivered on Thursday, done on Tuesday (Monday closed), everything fixed and checked. Reasonable price and they charged my battery!

Super happy with this shop, great service at compatible prices!

Tried to scam my friend! I gave my friend a free bike. Perfectly fine, just needed more air in the wheels. She sykled 4 km from my place to Bike Brothers, and asked if they could fill it up. They took the bike in the back, came back 5-10 min later and told here the bike needed a new tube, because it had a hole. They showed here, and the wheel was completely deflated. How could she drive the bike 4 km with a hole and not notice, but five minutes in the back of their shop and its completely deflated haha 😂 They said the repair would cost 500 kr, and that they could give it a check up for an extra fee. She sent me a text about it. I didn't believe them, and would fix the tube for 70 kr myself anyway. So I told here to cancel the repair and get the bike back. She picked it up the next day. A different guy was working in the register. She asked the guy what happen with the bike. He said it was a hole in the tube, or malfunction in the air valve. She asked again, if he could figure it out. Normally you'd just go ask the guys that dealt with the bike yesterday. But he got really defensive, and asked if she was accusing them of doing something wrong. That in itself, is a red flag. She just tok the bike and left, because it was getting uncomfortable. I came over, carried the ducking bike on the tram and over to a free pump utside. Filled it up. And drove the bike back to her place. THERE WAS NOOO HOLE, or any other problem with the wheels. They were gonna charge her 500 kr, for labor and a new tube. But in reality just taking two seconds out of their time, and fill the wheels up with air. Real nice Bike Brothers. Taking advantage of a foreigner. Maybe I should send someone over with hidden camera's, so you can be on one of those "exposed" shows 😜

Edit: there was NO problem with the wheel, what so ever. In the response, the Bike Brothers is saying the tube popped out HAHA 😂 Strange that I didn't have that problem when I filled it up. It just needed a LITTLE air, how can it popp out, when the tube was already firmly on the rim. Lame excuse.
