Easy for scammers…
I bought a gravel bike on bike flip last year and thought it worked the same as buycycle- that they would check how the bike looks and whether the conditions are as described. I knew one had 48hours to send it back but I was not there to install everything at the time of arrival. Unfortunately I was totally scammed and the carbon underneath the handlebar tape was broken and I only found out much later so be careful when buying a bike second hand without it being checked properly.

Could be faster - it took 10 days from payment until the bike was shipped. Shipping itself was fast.

Fast and smooth
At first I was a little skeptical because I'd never used Bikeflip before, but then everything went smoothly. I found a great price on the bike I wanted, and even though I was in another country, it arrived without any problems. They took care of everything. The service was impeccable, price judgment could be improved, I had to lower price a bit from what it said was a good price in order to sell quickly. Maybe I was just impatient
