The process was rally simple and straightforward.
The process was really simple, i paid for it, after about 1.5 weeks it got here all i had to do was type in my adress. The packaging also looked good. Their customer service was also good, they answered within like 15mins. And after t he pickup it was really fast (the pickup took 3 days due to some problems).

As good as it gets
UI looks very god, the whole process is simplified to the max but also scam proofed to the max. Before the successful sale, I bought a bike where seller took too long to pack and send the bike, and got a refund in a matter of days. So support is very helpful as well. Bike came well and safely packed with everything being tied down with Velcro straps.

I bought a bike listed as XS to discover after the payment that the seller was ready to ship an S.
The seller was totally off and tried to insist, luckily Bikeflip has a 2-days timeframe (probably the seller didnt know) so eventually the deal went off. Good thing that Bikefilp has a system where they hold the money, however I tryed to contact the team of Bikeflip to ask 4 support and they never replied. M
