I'm pleased that the product fits. For low costs.

Overall I'm pleased that the product fits. And the price was low and also the shippingcosts (Spain-Holland) are low. I have some suggestions for improvement.

The product I have ordered has some important specific measures. Within the Thule bike-carrier-range there are several models. I would have liked the figures of the length of the product and the diameter of the ring. Now I had to decide on the basis of the picture. Fortunately it went good and the device fits on my bike-carrier.

The product has been travelling a week from Spain to Holland. That is not a problem. But about twice what was promised at the website. Please communicate a more accurate delivery-period.

I ordered the product to be picket up in Rotterdam-east. Finaly, to my surprize, it was delivered in Rotterdam-south, where I had to pick it up. That about 12km further.

Just don't trust the delivery estimates…

Just don't trust the delivery estimates they show and avoid buying anything from them if you don't have plenty of time to wait for delivery delays. My order was confirmed on April 30th, and the delivery window shown was between May 1st and 5th in Vienna, Austria. They only dispatched my order on May 5th and suddenly changed the delivery estimate to May 7th, and now the carrier has changed the delivery date to May 8th. I'm leaving Austria today (the 7th) in the evening and will no longer be able to receive it. Note that I still had a two-day margin. They respond with automated messages and claim that shipping delays are out of their control, but in my case, they dispatched the product at least 4 days late. Another important detail: on the same April 30th, I bought from two other European sites from outside Austria and received my purchases in 3 business days. I will probably never buy from Bikeinn again. (And I can bet they will reply to my review with an automated message).

Very much delayed delivery!

Product ordered on 26 April, marked as 'available' with expected delivery by 29-30 April. Delivered in practice on 4 May, so after 8 days... No reason for the delay was communicated to me, no apologies. Delivery itself costed 6 EUR... Never again!

Waiting for a refund for over two months

I ordered a part for my new bike in February. I was sent an email to say my order had not been completed. This was false. I placed a new order and found out later they had me under the wrong email address.

I was charged twice and two parcels were shipped. I contacted Bikeinn and was told to refuse the second parcel, which I did. That was two months ago. I have been emailing them
for weeks and still they cannot locate my return (even though it has a tracking number) I am out of pocket by more than €300. It should not be my problem if they can't find a tracked item.

Dishonest Delivery Dates

Ordered a bike on 14th April, with an estimated delivery date (within the EU) of 24th. The order wasn't even despatched until 27th. The delivery company, Dachser, provides inadequate tracking information. According to what can be seen, the order has not moved in a week and is still in Spain. I have waited over three weeks and counting, for an item originally due in 10 days. When I queried, BikeInn customer service sent generic, stock answers with no actual information or explanation included. Lesson learned! I have used Jonito and other sites in the past, buying bikes online and their service is at a completely different level to this. I thought they would all be similar, but BikeInn are dishonest and evasive to deal with and the delivery service (€126) is woefully inadequate.

** In response to BikeInn's reply.. it is just not true that there is a choice of carriers. Not offered to me at time of purchase, so please be honest. 5 weeks in I am still waiting, still can't get a straight answer from anyone.

Poor returns policy

Products are good but £7 post and packaging taking over a week to arrive is sub par. Also, I don't understand how it is almost double (£12.99) in postage to return and item. To receive and then return a £30 order would be £20 in postage. That's simply not competitive in 2026.

Great tire Maxxis Rekon 29'' x 2.40 rigid MTB

I am very satisfied with my purchase of 2 Maxxis Rekon 29'' x 2.40 rigid MTB tires from BikeInn. I wanted a wide look, and these tires appear wider because the knobs are partially positioned on the sides of the tire. Remember to order wide inner tubes along with the purchase. BikeInn delivered the item from Spain to Denmark in 7 days, and it pains my green heart a little when I save a few euros on a product that then has to be transported across Europe. But overall, it was a 5-star purchase.

Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. Bought a bike from them for nearly 4000eur. Added all data about company which I paid from. VAT number, company name, address and etc. Also wrote several emails to them in order to check if they got all data. They just responded that invoice will be issued only when bike will be shipped. After 2weeks waiting I’ve received an invoice. It was for the private person, not company. I’ve contacted them and they said that I’ve not filled VAT number correctly and they can’t change the invoice. I’m sure VAT number and all other date were correct! By the way, bike was still not shipped from them still. They said to return bike back to them and buy again, then they will issue correct invoice. I’ve canceled an order and waiting for a refund. It’s been nearly 2month from the order, but no bike and no money yet… Terrible sales support. Terrible company!!!

A whopping £11.49 for a return label!

The product I ordered was ok - although its sizing information proved to be unreliable. This meant that a return and re-purchase was necessary, and therein lies the problem with this outfit. Return labels cost a whopping and inexplicable £11.49 - this is to a UK address. No information or explanation of this disprortionate charge is apparent on sales pages - and buyers might be lulled into a false sense of security when they see that delivery charges are a little more acceptable - in my case £6.99 - and wrongly expect that return charges are likely to be similar. Also, when I suggested using my own carrier for my return I was given a totally impractical address in SPAIN! ........... despite the fact that the firm's own, costly, return label bears a UK address.
That little bit of scuduggery has persuaded me that this site is to be avoided - there are better, fairer places to patronise where one is treated with more respect.
From this company's response, it seems the writer either just doesn't 'get' my dissatisfaction, hasn't read or understood my review properly, or is just plain blasé about it - maybe a bit of all those things.

Good price and easy to order online. Could have been clearer that item was shipping from Spain but that wasn’t an issue. It would have been 5* but the use of Royal Mail for delivery let it down, as they are terrible, but eventually arrived.

Attractive prices at a huge cost...

The prices are very attractive and competitive. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. Truly disappointing.

You constantly receive generic copy-paste responses, they are very hard to reach, and it feels like support tickets are not actually being read.

I ordered a frame bag (68406379) that was never delivered by DPD because the pickup point was supposedly full. After just one delivery attempt, the parcel was immediately returned to the sender. Now they are telling me to place the order again, while I lose the original shipping costs and also have to pay shipping again for the new order.

That is simply ridiculous and extremely poor customer service.

IT SHOULD NOT BECOME THE CUSTOMER’S PROBLEM WHEN THE SHIPPING PROCESS FAILS.

An order was placed on the 15th of…

An order was placed on the 15th of April delivery date given was between the 22nd to the 24th of April but the delivery date has kept changing ever since! I decided to cancel the delivery today through no fault of my own I haven’t received the parts when I was told I was going to receive them to be told it may take between 4-10 business days for a refund or maybe longer depending on the bank! I asked which banks took longer to refund but was not given a reply! In my opinion if Bikeinn knew there was a problem with the item to begin with a refund should automatically be processed I shouldn’t have to keep receiving emails saying delivery dates have changed! Not very helpful and customer service is a chatbot will not be ordering from this company again!
