Great service and speedy delivery

Very very quick post, hard items to get hold of

Got there in the end is all I can say. Ordered a jacket at over £200 and they sent me a different jacket with a lower price tag on it and in a different size. Their returns is a bit bad as it was all their fault I had to return it and by the time I covered the insurance as tracked parcel is cost me £12. I could have taken a chance and sent it cheaper but not worth the risk. Got the refund as expected and reordered the jacket again only because they had it in stock. Price matched sportsbikeshop who didn't have my size in stock until August otherwise I would have went there. Harsh on the returns when it was their fault. So based on that I can only give them 3 stars. Stick to sportsbikeshop in future.

In all honesty, I hadn’t come across this site before and wasn’t sure if it was legit, so naturally I turned to Trustpilot. Reviews looked promising, so I took a chance and placed a last-minute order for some new gear before a tour to Switzerland.

The item arrived the next day—great, right? Tried it on, and of course, it was too big. I rang them up in a bit of a panic, since I was set to ride out in just 2 days. The guy on the phone was unreal. Even though the system said they were out of the size down, he checked a fresh delivery they’d just received, found one in the crates, took payment, and boom—new gear arrived the next day.

The best part? While I was cringing at the situation, fully expecting some eye-rolling or hassle, he was totally chill. Super helpful, zero stress, just made it happen.

Just what I expected good Quality and prompt delivery

Excellent all round. Bought a genuine cam cover gasket for my gsxr1100, it was priced very well and I received it the following day after despatch. I'd just adjusted the valve clearances and checked cam centres, the gasket arrived so quickly I could fit it for the weekends riding - I couldn't be happier with my purchase and Bikers World.

I recently purchased the Shoei GT-Air 3 from here and I couldn't be more satisfied. The helmet itself is everything I hoped for and due to the care, thought and attention to personal circumstances from the staff I am happy that I have invested in something that suits my needs.

What made the experience even better was the customer service at the shop. From the moment I walked in, Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful. He took the time to ensure that I got the right size and offered great advice based on personal experience and also knowledge of product range but did all this without being pushy.

It's rare to find that level of care and attention to detail these days. If you are looking for quality gear combined with top-notch service then I highly recommend visiting this store.
