Wrong parts and no communication
My first order and the parts came incorrect, ordered some Arai base plates and the hole centres were wrong, I rang on the Friday ,told to call back Monday when a person would be in to deal with the exchange request.. rang put through 3 times, 3 times phone disconnected.. so I ended up milling/ machining the hole centres myself to make fit.. not great really.. However I did presume that helmets base plates were the same as when I googled my helmet style/model these came up..
UPDATE:
Since this review Biker’s World have been in touch and explained the situation with the baseplates and I am happy with their response to my initial enquiry..
Recommend the after service after an itchy start 😃

Hi Stephen, Really sorry to hear that everything did not go well.. The base Plates you ordered are for the I'Type Visor system which does fit on many of the helmets, but I just wanted to make sure you have that system as the visor for other models will not fit correctly and simply making them fit on the helmet may lead to your holder sets and visor coming off? Just drop me an e-mail if you could as you don't want the Visor and Holder sets to come off while riding if they are fitted to the wrong Base plates.. If you let us know what helmet you have and we can sort it out for you... Many thanks. Mark

Bikers World hold stock
Genuine company, unlike some of the other online crooks. Wasted 2 months waiting for two other companies to dispatch my order. Both companies didn't have the product in stock when they said they did on their website. Had to cancel my order both times because I couldn't wait for 6-8 weeks for them to source stock. Thank you Bikers World. I now have my new visor.

I ordered three balaclavas and to be honest didn't think shipping would be so expensive
As I've ordered many things from the UK but can't say I spent so much on shipping so far,definitely something I'll be thinking about next time I want to order something in regards to the merchandise no complaints there as orderd. I don't have any complaints towards bikers world they were fine and very helpful my only concern was that postege was a bit expensive and what can you do

The postage you paid (£10.79) was for a tracked package and was actually less than what it cost us, so I'm sorry if you feel it was expensive, Postage from the UK is very expensive compared to other countries and something we have no control over...
