The company used to be called Frazzle cycles (although they would deny it) but the way they went from the company profile to selling brompton (some limited edition bikes for cheap) is exactly the same!
Don't ever send them any money, I was scammed out of £1240 on their previous scam site! They will not ship after the transaction! Get you to cancel your paypal appeal to scam you out of money. I have a lot of evidence that Bikes out and frazzle cycles are the same fraud syndicate.
I can't get my money back, I hope you don't fall for it!

Having seem Gerald’s review, I am almost certain I have been scammed. Similar to him, I was informed that the transaction didn’t go through, and I chose to make multiple payments in smaller amount via credit card. Initially they are very enthusiastic and kept following up with me, but after the last payment was made, response came to a standstill, and I don’t hear from them anymore despite informing them I had actually paid more than the required amount. The website, marketing had existed for a while, and the entire experience throughout the process of making the payment was very professional until the last payment was received. Now looking at the earlier reviews posted here that were positive, the style is almost similar. I am still hoping for the best, but till I receive the refund or the bikes, to anyone out there, don’t risk it.

Never trust this website or transfer any money to them!!! I transferred 5000 pounds to them on 1 Feb 24 when they issued me an e invoice but they never delivered the bikes even when they said it was shipped and went MIA for 2 weeks.

When I initially wrote a review here, they suddenly emailed me again asking for the review to be removed, and will refund me my money. I was very happy of course but after a few back and forth emails, I trusted them and removed the email on TWO occasions which they said they have transferred the money but I never received anything and they went MIA AGAIN!!! They have broken my trust and scammed me twice.

Please I'm begging everyone out there not to transfer any money to them like I did, no matter how legitimate they may seem.
