Easy transaction, great quality, fair prices!

Wrong bike arrived. When I contacted customer services they refused to accept their error, refused to honour the sale price should I have purchased again from them and refused to refund postage. The returns process is shocking and they refuse to give me even an estimate as to when I can expect my refund.

helmets generally seem not to be available in size M, therefore no delivery possible, no information about alternatives, late answers, second and third try also without suscsess; whole process took 2-3 weeks

I ordered a triathlon suit, bike gloves and sports sunglasses. The first two items were delivered without an issue, but the sunglasses were completely missing (although they were written within the documentation for one of the packages I received). The company only allows you to contact them via a contact form, which I did right away. I received a message upon submission stating that I should expect to receive an email within a few minutes.. I did not. After a week of no word from the company, I resubmitted multiple complaints with absolutely no representative contacting me regarding my issue (although this time I did get the confirmation email). These were over 100 euro sunglasses. I'm pissed and feel absolutely robbed. Order from a more reliable company.

I ordered from them (.AT) because they were the only ones who had the bike I wanted. The brakes and gearing were not adjusted correctly, so I filed a complaint. They said to take it to a local shop for adjustment, that they would refund the cost. I sent the bill copy, they said they would credit my bank, but never did. They ignore all emails since then. Now I find the wheels are not at all true, in danger of collapse and the bottom bracket it not adjusted. They just repackage bikes from overseas and do not do any adjustments.

Very good quality to price ratio. This is a perfect bike for city use. My only complaint is that the color is not red, but rather a bright orange (which also looks good). The bike is definitely not red!!!

Item as described in On Line advert, a very good price, delivered within the timescale although it did not ship for 3 days, well packaged.

Good e-commerce service, easy to find options in the website, fast and trustful delivery. Great product.
