Engineer super polite and friendly and resolved the issue efficiently and gave some advise for the future.
Great company and even took my request of if an engineer came up on a cancellation in the area could they visit prior to the original date booked in.

Had an issue with an old Sahara tap. Mel took ownership of case and routed Engineer Lee to me within 48hrs. Lee took less that 45 minutes to diagnose problem and install new parts. Outstanding service from them both. This is the reason we don't use any other type of tap !

Excellent Engineer and Services by Billi
Billi is our longstanding supplier on our account.
Their service is excellent and strongly recommend them for commercial water taps for busy office environment.
We recently had two new taps installed by engineer Karolis and he did the excellent job as well. Karolis is very professional and knowledgeable and knows how to provide best customer services. Very satisfied with their services.

Good customer service received from Rey
I called Billi UK on 18/02/25 and my call was answered by Rey who was a good listener by taking the details of the faulty tap I reported and I was advised that the planning team will get in touch by email which they did.
Rey contacted me on 20/02/25 and gave me an update on the engineer attending to repair the faulty tap and the engineer attending to service the billi taps as scheduled.
